Superb accommodation in a stunning location. Exceptional hosts who make everyone feel incredibly welcome and who go the extra mile. Close to towns and villages and only 20 minutes away from the coast. Local village pub serving delicious homemade food. Been regular visitors for many years and would highly recommend.

A minor thing,we don’t like to wear shoes inside so the floor could have been cleaner.

The apartment was very well equipped, clean and spacious, in a lovely quiet location but within east reach of many places to visit. The host was always available if required and he was friendly and welcoming.

There’s nothing to fault.

Clubhouse Gites are exceptional. Our young family of 5 were so comfortable, it really felt a home from home. The Gites are nestled in beautiful, rural French countryside and our children had endless amounts of toys and games to keep them entertained. The Gites are absolutely immaculate, including a well-equipped kitchen and rainfall shower. Our every need was catered for (including equipment for our baby)- we were really taken aback at how kind and thoughtful Laurence and Helen were. The breakfast was an optional extra - portions were generous and it was incredibly convenient having it delivered to our Gite. We booked this time for one night as it gave us a convenient stopover (Beussent is less than 1 hour to Calais), however next time, we would consider spending longer at Clubhouse Gites to explore the beautiful region properly.

This property is absolutelly superb, the owners had thought of everything we could want. The apartment was spotlessly clean with amazing facilities and a lovely garden that we could use. When we arrived there was a special touch of chocolates and a bottle of wine to enjoy and also some milk and water in the fridge. We had everything we needed to cook for out family of 5 within the apartment. We were given lots of tourist information about the local area and as a result we were able to enjoy lots of the local places despite only staying for 3 nights. It is such a wonderful region to explore. The village of Beussent itself is small but very pretty and we enjoyed a walk into the village. The owners were so helpful with any queries- our son had injured his ankle and Laurence even found us some crutches he could borrow. On the last morning we opted to have the breakfast and it was delicious and such a treat before we set off on our homeward journey. We would recommend this to anyone and look forward to visiting again.

Great location, about 30 mins from the beach and 10 mins to other lovely small villages. Big garden that we didn’t get to use because of the rain. But plenty to keep the kids amused in the games room. Looks even better than the photos. Very modern and clean with everything you’d need. You can even order a breakfast. I especially like that there is no list of cleaning jobs and rules. You are only asked to empty the bin. Great value for money. Top spot.

Beautiful countryside, but close to more touristic places. The place has a lot to offer for families. There are a lot of facilities, like a big garden where kids can play and a gameroom. The hosts are great and make you feel welcome.

Super short stay here. Hosts were lovely and welcoming. Apartment was superb - clean, excellent presentation and spacious for our family of 5. Lovely extra touches too and the games room was perfect for an evening of entertainment. Located in a very quiet area but only a short walk from the local village with bar and restaurant. Highly recommended and will be returning on our next trip to France.

The latest of several visits over many years. As ever, a warm welcome from hosts but who are never intrusive. Apartment warm, scrupulously clean and with all the facilities one could possibly need. The countryside around too is perfect for walking .We will be back later this year Clubhouse Gites fully deserves its Bookings.com rating.

Maybe the mattress was too soft or old, but did not bother us sleeping the whole night as we were very tired.

Beautiful flat, lovely placed in the middle of the countryside. the hosts Helen and Laurence have been wonderful, very welcoming and nice. The flat was very clean and had very thing needed for our stay, they even greeted us with a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, milk and water. Really outstanding.

We loved our stay at Clubhouse Gîtes. Our children couldn’t believe their luck when they saw the games room and the outside play facilities - our son now wants his own table tennis table! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, spacious and modern. As well as a lovely welcome gift, we also gratefully appreciated all the other thoughtful touches such as foil, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets - all things that save you buying a full pack for a short stay. Helen and Laurence are fantastic hosts, balancing perfectly letting you have your own private space but also being fully available to offer really excellent local knowledge and advice. I highly recommend this accommodation and I hope we can return one day soon. Thank you!

Entrance to road was open and we had a small child. We just had to keep an eye on him.

Great value place that could be enjoyed in good or bad weather. Loads of stuff provided, such as coals for bbq and toys. English tv too. Very comfortable.

lovely place , just stayed 1 night as a stopover on motorbikes, heading south , very nice hosts , wine and chocolate was a nice touch , did not have time to enjoy the other amenities
