Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustriaPersonally, I think the rooms are quite small. However I would still recommend the place!
The hotel is quite nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and you have everything you need for a short term visit to Paris. The location is great and just 3 minutes walk to metro station. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

LuxembourgFor Paris, a very nice and calm location close to the metro, a small but a very nice and clean room and bathroom. Calm hotel,no noise problems from neighbouring rooms or those above. The mattress was comfortable. There is a small kettle in the room. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. We had a small issue with a shower drain but we were attended immediately. The staircase is not renovated but overall the hotel is a very good price for money and quality value.

Hotel located not too far from Accor Arena and Bercy Village which is perfect for concerts. Also in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, near the metro and parks. There was a fabulous market outside on Sunday morning. The staff were really kind and helpful. Metro station is Michel Bizot.

Professional and very helpful staff. Located in a quiet residential part of the city. Excellent connection by tube. Although not central, there are several places to eat have drinks on the same avenue. Local market right at doorstep.

AustraliaThe main negative was the tiny room. There wasn't much space even to put our bags. We stayed two nights which was fine.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was fine and the metro was a short walk away. The large park next to the zoo was enjoyable and the local patisserie shops had tasty tarts. Breakfast was quite good and reasonably priced.

United KingdomThe walk in shower, when used made the floor really wet by the toilet, the screen didn’t not prevent enough from splashing. There were a few little tiny bugs in the bathroom and near the kettle. We had to go and find milk for our tea and coffee as none in the room and the floor was a little dirty.
We liked the location of our family room, on the ground floor with a little courtyard outside. The beds were both a good size and comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Good curtains to block out light and mostly quiet. Excellent location near shops, restaurants, tram, bus stops and underground.

United KingdomI can’t stand twin beds in single rooms. Two singles pushed together do not make a double bed! And why do they charge for a double if I end up sleeping in a toddler’s bed? If I wanted a single bed I’d book one. If I wanted twin beds, I’d book a twin room. If I book a double room I want a double bed! How’s that complicated? It’s such a con, it’s always a last minute surprise and totally ruins the experience.
Evening/late shift receptionist was welcoming and friendly.
