I didn't like that the beds weren't equipped with a curtain for some privacy. It was very open and sometimes you just need to be alone for a while. Also there were no lockers in the rooms.

I liked the super friendly staff, the amazing location and the clean rooms. Everyday I got a new towel and the room was always tidy.

The counter staff in night shift was not that friendly, when I ask if there's any hair dryer that I can borrow, he seemed He indifferent and said that all our hair dryers have been borrowed, not even trying to help me to find one, so turns out not blow dry my hair before going to bed, and even woke up the next day with a slight headache... I really recommend to provide hair dryer in every room or at least make sure you have enough item to lend.

In general, the room or the common area are clean, way better than the other hostel I've been to. There is also a foyer to go into the bedroom, which really useful when someone go back late without disturbing others. The counter staff is also really helpful and approachable.

New concept of structure. Clean, modern, smart. Affordable but high quality. The staff was absolutely lovely and very very helpful. Rooms are simple but clean, beds are comfy, common spaces are cozy and colorful. Wold choose this structure again and again!

If you are here during the school trip season you might be disturbed or (worse!) waken up by packs of students and teachers who shout until late at night before going out or in the morning with nice WAKE UUUUUP without anyone saying anything. I think the hostel staff should do something here

I thought I booked in a dorm but it turned out to be a double room! Good communication with the staff, walking distance from the railway station and main attractions. Nice quiet area with some shops and little cafes, restaurants, etc.

Had to pay city tax separate at check in, this should be already included in all charges at Booking.com, I don't want to pay separate at premise, i want check in to be as smooth as possible, only one click should be enough for payment.

Close to train station, walking distance, hotel was exectionally clean and looked brand new, beds and bathroom and everyhing looked new, elevator worked fine, didnt have to pay to rent towel, very quiet at night and comfortable sleeping, had piano downstairs.

It seemed as if there were no bathrooms outside of the rooms (or maybe I did not see any), which would have been great, because if you have 6 people in one room with only one bathroom, it can be quite crowded in the morning.

The bed was very uncomfortable and too firm. The pillow was very flat and unsupportive, maybe it's just me, but I prefer a softer mattress and bigger pillow (I've had both in other hostels so I know they exist with the plastic coverings)

I liked the feel of security in the hostel. There was good storage in the room and for early check-in and late check out. I was able to store my bag for the day because my train was in the evening. I liked the feel of the room and the climate control. The bathroom was spotless and cleaned every day. The room was cleaned and was nice to relax in. I also took advantage of the communal spaces to read in and enjoy. The accessibility to downtown and major tourism spots was good, about 10 to 15 minute walk from Les Halles, the cathedral, Place de la Republic, trams, restaurants and shopping. I liked that it was a quiet and more residential part of town.

In a good location. Not too far from the train station and the centre by foot. Has bus links to the parc de l'orangerie and also to the European Parliament in under 20 minutes. Friendly staff. Left luggage room.

The room was extremely comfy! I enjoyed spending my night at Ciarus. I also like that every room has its own bathroom and they offer extremely clean towels and shower gel. Their food is also very delicious.

Great location, easy to go everywhere w/o transportation (15 min walk to Notre Dame de Strasbourg). The room had 2 bathrooms for 6 guests so I found it very comfortable to share. Fun energy and it had happy hour drinks at night near the piano.

Thinner walls, heard a lot of noise from the corridor, including the access door to the floor not being dampened, we heard it every time it opened and closed.

Excellent location, reasonably priced and parking options nearby. Very comfy for a short stay, and very friendly and helpful reception staff.
