We loved everything about this property. The location was excellent, right near restaurants, shopping, and trams, with a park across the street. The property was furnished with the finest of everything - the bed was the most comfortable we’ve encountered with 2 soft pillows and 2 firm (to choose). Top notch!

Great and spacious apartment. the location is in the old town of Nice and a stroll to great restaurants, bars , shops and beach. The apartment is fully equiped and the owners make you feel welcome and they have some nice personal touches such as a bottle of wine on arrival

There were small maintenance needs, however, they were addressed during our stay. We were dropping off our bags before returning our rental car and it was very confusing trying to get to the apartment - it doesn’t seem like cars can get near it. Would not recommend having a car, but definitely NOT the owners fault - just something to note about location.

Location! Separate toilet room from shower room. Views! Kitchen supplies. Kari is quick to respond for any needs - including maintenance. Direct line to airport with public transport.

Our only disappointment was that we couldn't get any TV reception and it wasn't resolved during our 4 day stay.

The apartment was fabulous. The photos online don't do it justice. The location was sensational, right on the old town and next to the tram stop.

It was perfect.

Everything about this apartment is wonderful. The pictures don't show an entire larger living room. Most spacious and comfortable place I've stayed in all of Europe. Quiet, cozy bedroom, bright open living room and all kitchen amenities. I highly recommend this location and apartment!

200 year old shutters require attention to avoid banging in the wind.

The location on the edge of the old town is fantastic. Lovely large apartment with a small terrace. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of helpful information in the welcome folder and a lovely welcoming bottle of rose. There is a small lift to take you to the fourth floor then a few steps up and down to access the accommodation. The atmosphere on the street from the terrace on the Friday night was lively with an excellent singer which we enjoyed without having to go out! About a 20/25 minute walk from the train stations and the tram less than 10 minutes away. Communication from Kari and Roni (who checked us in) was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely nothing! We loved it!

Great location. At the edge of the old town. Perfect for walks by the sea or the park just outside the window. Two trams to get around city. One just across the street. The apartment itself was very spacious. The bed was great. Kitchen very easy to use. Lots of light. Comfortable living room. Washing machine was fast. Apartment was quiet. Great restaurants like Lavomatique, Olive&Artichaut, IKKO Ramen and Kind & Co within easy walking distance. Fantastic Indian takeaway, Indian Curry & Tandoori a 15 minute tram ride away. Kari and Roni were great hosts with helpful suggestions. A perfect vacation!

Spacious, comfortable & clean. Large fully stocked kitchen and even had a Nespresso machine! The soft large bath towels were the best we had on our month long trip through France. Great location close to buses, trams & train station and all the Old Town attractions. We would definitely stay here again. You can’t go wrong with Chez Kari!

The lift is a little small but I am being really "picky".

The apartment is at the top of the building and has some lovely views of the old town from the lovely little balcony which was great to sit at for breakfats. (Which you have to make for yourself but there is a Carrefour Express around the corner) The smart TV and the internet connnection were excellent and it was obvious that the owner had taken great care to make sure guests had an excellent time.

Having to carry our bags up a few steps after using the lift.

Bright, spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a short or longer stay and a lovely view from the balcony. . The apartment was very clean, close to tram stop, with a boulongerie downstairs next door, directly underneath, and restaurants around the corner.

The building is a little older so of course there will be things that come up. But the positives are far beyond this. I will stay again when I come back to Nice.

Although I had a few initial hiccups when I checked in, which were not Kari's fault, she jumped right on it and fixed everything asap. She even went out of her way to back up my stay with another hotel in the event that issue did not get fixed. Well done! Getting that level of hospitality is rare. Thank you Kari! P.S., the location of her place is perfect...20 seconds out that door and you are right in the middle of old town.

Location could not be better main shopping street a 10 mins walk, both tram lines within 5 mins walk including airport tram. Located at entrance to old city, lots of restaurants and bars minutes away as well as the old market. The promenade is less than 10 minutes walk. Apartment has everything you need, including all appliances. The management were brilliant; had a problem with a door handle and it was fixed within 2 hours. Tye management were very understanding on departure day and allowed us leave baggage there until time to leave for the airport. Really great 6 days in Nice!

The property was amazing. really surpassed our expectations. it had everything we needed. The rooms were large and stylishly decorated and very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Our arrival went very smoothly. I would be really happy to recommend that our friends family stay at Chez Kari. we’ll back one day.

Nothing at all for us but if were a bit big you might find the toilet a bit small and it was a little bit tight in the bedroom. For us however, it was perfect.

Chez Kari was in the perfect location next to the Old Town with lots of restaurants and bars just a few minutes away. The tram to the railway station and main shops is just a few minutes walk. The apartment was chic, comfortable and with everything we needed. We ate out everyday but the kitchen was well stocked if you prefer to eat in. There’s a lovely patisserie for breakfast right next door and a supermarket below the building. The shower was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the lounge with a small balcony was a delightful place to relax. We loved this apartment and appreciated Kari our host. She was so attentive and responsive and checked on us to make sure we were okay during our stay. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose Chez Kari again.

There is not a thing that they could have done differently.

Kari was so accomodating of our schedules and arranged to meet us as soon as we were able to get there. It was easy to find the place, the key handover was easy and just made the first impression perfect. The apartment is huge - so much bigger than I was expecting. Location is perfect - walking distance to Old Town, a grocery store in the same building, and train and tram and bus stops within a 3 minute walk. We were able to explore all of Nice but always wanted to come back to Chez Kari since it was so perfect.
