We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Our room was superb, the bathroom was so beautifully french!!! The chateau is beautiful, set in lovely gardens.

The restaurant was fantastic with lovely terrace and amazing food and terrific wine. The cheese board was outstanding too. Not cheap and an idea of the price of the champagne would have been helpful but as it was such excellent food and service it was worth every penny.

The Chateau is beautiful, the rooms wonderfully laid out with a very nice aesthetic. The beds were amazingly comfortable. They upgraded us for free and they were very dog friendly. Most of all though – their restaurant was amazing. An absolute delight.
