There was a gorgeous ensuite with shower and basin, however the toilet was at the other side of the apartment..I was mostly just felt conscious of waking my hosts to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. But I guess they must be used to it.

The room was gorgeously decorated and large in an apartment shared with the hosts. The area was lovely. Still close to key attractions but a little out of the main centre of the city..It was easy to walk to the Eiffel Tower or else catch the metro to other places. Was able to use a shared kitchen including the fridge. The hosts were lovely and particular about ensuring the room remained clean and that the apartment was kept locked.. it was a great safe place to stay for a solo female traveller. It had two single beds that were placed next to each other, so would also be good for a couple or else two travellers or friends.

The only compliant is probably the door of the toilet, it hardly closes, and even if the toilet is only for the traveller, it is not located in the bedroom as a shower, so the toilet door that barely closes, right in the middle of apartment, is a less pleasant experience.

The bedroom was pretty cozy and in Parisian style, very clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing, the location was excellent, as it is a safe district and you can reach the city centre both by walking or using public transport, the host family was a really nice couple.

Terrific space, the room was large, had excellent amenities and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. Margarita and Stephane were so welcoming, polite and kind, they made us feel right at home and were willing to help with all our needs. Excellent location right near two metro lines, Eiffel Tower, restaurants and shops and RER trains.

Beautiful and interesting apartment in Sixteenth arrondissement, where you are made to feel at home by the hosts.Neighbourhood seemed safe; local shops and cafes within a 4 minutes walk.

Unfortunately it was quiet noisy outside, therefore sleeping with open windows was not an option. However, this can be expected in the middle of a big city.

Fantastic accommodation in a safe neighbourhood within walking distance to cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and multiple metro station stops - a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower too! The room itself was super comfortable for two people, and it was great having an ensuite with our own private shower.

This January, I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely flat in Paris and was genuinely touched by the hosts' hospitality. Stephane and Margherita immediately made me feel at home with their warm welcome when I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from providing me with maps and transportation tips to offering even medicine when I caught a cold. They were always available to answer my questions and help. The exceptional hospitality of Margherita e Stephane made my stay in Paris unforgettable. The flat itself was the best choice for my trip. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, with all the necessary facilities nearby, such as cozy restaurants and little boutiques, without speaking about amazing boulangeries that I'm still dreaming about. There are two metro stations just in 5 minutes and different bus stops, so I could easily explore the city even during the public transport strike. The flat, with its refined décor and the atmosphere of comfort and warmth of home, was the perfect retreat from the capricious Parisian winter. I felt so cozy during my entire stay. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home in Paris.

We had a wonderful time here, Stephane and Margarita are amazing hosts! The room is a single room in their apartment but with its own shower. Everything is very clean and welcoming. The neighborhood has a lot of cafes and restaurants. Overall a great trip!

The bed seems to be more on the low side of a marvellous experience. Still fine, but not at same level as the rest of room/flat. As noted my many, the toilet is far away from the room; not a problem for me and obviously not for the hosts.

It was a near-to-perfect stay in a wonderful decorated flat with a nice host couple (Stephane and Margarita). Enjoyed the sheltered room, pleasant atmosphere and more. Hope to return soon for a next occasion.

Charming beedroom, wooden old french parquet with fireplace and private bathroom in huge old tenement house. Place was clean and cosy. Close to grocery shop, metro nad bus. 25min to Eiffle Tower.
