The breakfast was lovely. The croissants were fresh from the boulangerie on the other side of the road. The buffet was set out very nicely in the cosy kitchen/living room area. Coffee and and a good selections of teas were available day and night in this area. The house is situated a convenient, very short walk from the centre of St Jean de Maurienne. It is also perfectly placed at the start of the climb of the Col de la Croix de Fer. Simply wheel the bike out of the bike room onto Rue du College and up you go on the D926.

A comfortable night in a location that was perfect for us, being a few minutes walk from our favourite restaurant in St. Jean de Maurienne.

We came mainly for skiing, but for this purpose I recommend having a car. There were few buses to the ski resort (Les Sybelles), and none in the morning during the week. We took a taxi up, and that worked out fine! But be aware of this.

Dominique is a lovely hostess. She is super helpful, and very kind. She even gave us a lift to the train station! The check-in and -out was very easy, and the rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was very good as well! I also liked the common-areas where we could do our own cooking, and watch TV. The price was very good for such a great location. It was close to many restaurants and the city-center, but quiet nevertheless. I would definitely recommend her B&B to everyone visiting St. Jean de Maurienne.

There are no windows in the front room. we slept with the door open in order to get some fresh air. also there are automatic lights in the apartment which are exceedingly annoying so everytime you move the lights go on. this should be removed immediately

There was really nothing to fault

We were provided with a fantastic breakfast each morning and at a time of our choice. We had easy access to a guests full kitchen and adjoining loungeroom. There was plenty of outdoor area with decks and tables/chairs, as well as a pool. It was easy to park on the property.

France closing down on a Sunday - :)

The perfect place to base yourself to do the bucket list cycling climbs in the area. From the best breakfast, to the swimming pool, to the rooms and comfortable beds and AC, this place had it all. Dominique and her husband were so accommodating, allowing us to wash clothes (we were there for 6 glorious nights) and made sure every morning everything was okay and asked which climbs were on the agenda that day. The pool and AC was a godsend as the area was experiencing a heat wave and the beds were so comfortable. Also as we weren't experienced in France closing down from Sunday to Monday we were able to use our left over breakfast for dinner - though if prepared there was a fully fledged kitchen to use as well. We will be recommending to all of our cycling friends back home as you felt so at ease - was the highlight of our Euro trip so far. Thank you so much

Fantastic guest house, very modern room and facilities and so much common space that has been prepared with care for the small details. Google Maps led me to the wrong address but upon calling, Dominique quickly described me how to get to the right place (the address on Booking.com is correct) Bicycles can be safely stored away, another plus in this location.

We didn't like leaving. Wanted to stay.

The host, Dominique, welcomed us warmly on our arrival and gave us refreshments while guiding us through the accommodation (kitchen, patio, bike room and our private room). The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved having access to tbe fully stocked (shared) kitchen. There was another couple staying, and we were able to visit with them, but there are enough places to relax (besides the private rooms) that we did not get in each other's way at all. The location is perfect to take advantage of the outdoor activities this region has to offer.

Lovely swimming pool to relax in after a long journey. Comfortable, chic room. Amazing mountain scenery.

The property is in a beautiful mountain setting and is extremely well-equipped with all modern facilities. The outside space is well-designed with lots of comfortable seating. The pool is a great bonus and I had a lovely early morning swim before breakfast on the terrace.
