Walking distance from anywhere we wanted to go in the center city, beautiful location, friendly host.

The apartment was just super, there is everything that can be useful, you feel like at home. Quiet place but 5 minutes and you are in the center where bars and restaurants. Shop around the corner. 100% recommend.

Nice apartment, very comfortable beds, linens, pillows! Full equipment, kitchen and bathroom, large wardrobe. Perfect location: 5 minutes walking distance to promenade, 10 minutes to train station, waking distance to Old Town, shops, restaurants etc. Very nice owners!

Great location, very comfy sofa bed, well-appointed apartment. Roomy with enough space for 3 adults to spend a few days. Very quiet with the windows and shutters closed, so no trouble sleeping. Everything we needed in a holiday apartment.

To be honest difficult to find anything worth mentioning. And we are fussy

Apartment is well equipped, very comfortable. Superbly situated close to Place Massena, Rue Massena (with restaurants to suit every taste and budget). In a quiet side street - it is above a nice restaurant which only opens for lunches! So very peaceful. Promenade des Anglais only a few minutes walk. I would not hesitate to book again. Host very helpful

You need to park around the block in the large, underground "Grimaldi Parking", which is quite expensive.

This apartment is in a great spot, just a short walk from the main drag down to the sea, in a quiet street with restaurants nearby and an Intermarche just round the corner. It is beautifully appointed with everything you need and stylish finishes. The sofa bed was just as comfortable as the main bed and everything was very high quality.

Great location, close to restaurants and the beach. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the main room was a very good size. Sofa bed for 3rd guest was big and comfortable and easy to set up. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment that has all the appliances and kitchenware needed. It is very close to the promenade as well as the train station. Valerie and Patrice are lovely people that where communicative and responsive.

perfect location with a lot of designer clothing shops near by as well as many restaurants and cafes. The property has everything we needed, the washing machine and kitchen were very handy. The host was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay in Nice very much.

I know is not a hotel, but it would be nice a shower gel in the bathroom. Also some attention to cleaning details.

Great location, near restaurants, Massena Square, old town and 10-13minutes to train station. Well equiped, spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the possibility for early check in after an early flight. And the clear details for self check in.
