Breakfast. Unfortunately you cannot get eggs cooked to order, so if you want eggs, you had to boil your own.

The rooms are on the small side but normal for ski resort hotels, and there is a lack of storage space for two. There are two single duvets (rather than a double one) which we both found very annoying - we both woke up quite a bit. The shower (only) in the bathroom soaked the floor no matter where we pointed it and what flow was selected, which was annoying.

Everything was good and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The spa and pool are great, The buffet breakfast was good.

With a room at the front of the building we enjoyed lovely views across the valley. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and variety. La Clusaz is a pretty resort which has been sensitively enlarged over the last few years.

Didn’t like having to pay €12.50 per person to use the spa facilities. It’s an uphill walk back to the hotel from the ski lift

Everything was great

The location was good and we enjoyed the breakfast. The quality of the food was really good, also enjoyed the diversity in fruits and jams. A really nice touch is that apart from coffee, teas and natural juices they also served champagne as part of the breakfast offerings,

The furniture of the room is very old and there is no safe in the room so you don't really feel like leaving important stuff in the room when you are away. Also the elevator doesn't work at night, so expect to have to go up the stairs after a nice dinner.

The view from the balcony facing the mountains was amazing. The hotel is very close to the center and a lot or restaurants are at walking distance.

As you are asking - I think the evening dinner service could have been better eg no ice bucket for our white wine & main course being served as the entrée plates were taken away! However it didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves

The transfer error caused by the hotel staff for our departure (which was paid for ) and the fact that no responsibility was accepted highlighted a complete lack of customer consideration. The hotel owner showed no offer of an apology of offer to pay for the last minute taxi we had to pay for. The hotel information made reference to its sauna and jacuzzi. However this was only accessible on paying an additional 15 Euros per day. The gym photo in the gallery is misleading and was a completely different tiny room wity very little equipment.

The hotel staff were friendly enough and the location was close to the town.
