I could not find anything that I did not like. My colleagues and I were very happy with this very unique hotel.

Very welcoming and very helpful staff 24/7. The hotel makes you feel at home immediately. The rooms are very quiet due good insulation and modern windows. Energy is produced by solar panels on the roof, especially for hot water used in the hotel. This is very unique in Paris. The hotel is nicely designed throughout and has very comfortable beds. The location in the 17th arrondissement is great, a number of nice bars restaurants in walking distance.

The card machine wasn't working. They could have asked me to come back instead of waiting for 20 mins. I had left my luggage, so I wasn't exactly a flight risk. However, the front desk did allow me to check in early afterwards, which I appreciated. The large deposit for damages feels like an unfriendly way to welcome guests. Hotel tax has increased but that's not the hotel's fault. Blame the government's "Olympics tax."

I loved the bathroom and the accessories supplied. The bed was really comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The housekeeper and front desk on the second day were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is far enough from the centre to be quiet and yet close enough for easy travel to all the main attractions. Cafes nearby to eat out.

The Card Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is more beautiful than in the photos. The staff service is exceptional, very friendly, from the housekeeper to the receptionist. There is an employee named Michaela who prepares breakfast; she is extremely polite and friendly. The point Cardinet tube is near by hotel. On the last day, I believe one of the hotel owners started playing the piano during breakfast, which was the icing on the cake—fantastic! Thank you for everything! Simply the place where I will stay again in Paris.

There is nothing beyond the room size and ceiling height are a bit small.

We stayed for 3 nights and liked everything about Card Hotel! Staff was so kind, friendly, helpful, and always welcomed us with a smile! Hotel was clean and cozy, it was a pleasure to return there after a day of walking. Beds and pillows were so comfortable, could've stay in bed for days 😃 Location could not be more perfect with all the shops, restaurants, metro and public transport options are behind every corner. Grocery store just across the street and next to hotel... The neighbourhood is safe and great for walks and we felt the real charm of Paris! ❤️

The cover from the toilet cannot stand upright. Could be a design problem but could be fixed with a clamp oe else.

I have spend 4 nights with my wife, in this hotel and it was a great experience for both of us. Extremellly clean, the room and eating area, exeptional personnel, carefull and fully involved in their tasks. I have visited many other big cities and really expecting to be a bit more distant and comercial but they have changed my perspective. The rooms are very well isolated for noise although we had a street view. They provide enough pillows and another equipment like coffee or tea. The breackfast is well ballanced, the kitchen personnel is very carefull and frendly. I know that is a great effort on backstage, a well educated-trained personnel, but i can say only, to keep it like this.

The breakfast was really good, a bit pricy though, but tasted great and the selection of fresh juice was exceptional. Staff was lovely and so helpful. Hotel is located in a really nice area, a bit away from very touristy places but close enough to get there fast. Thanks to this location you can experience different kind of Paris and have more local experience. Also, the hotel is super clean and looks fresh.

The breakfast was too pricey for what it provided. €29/per person. We didn't take any , there are a lot places to eat breakfast in the area which was not expensive. We chose the ''Le petit Nid''

Everything that I asked was approved by the address, the hairdryer, the iron and the mattress,they kept our baggages after check out. They cleaned our room everyday, and left clean towels when we asked for. The shampoo, conditioner,and shower gel was nuxe that means a good quality of products for us to use. They left 2 small bottles of evian water each day, and bags of tea. I asked several times for their suggestion for bars, museums etc and they always answered me back on time. Very responsive reception.

The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood but at the same time is very close to lovely and lively streets. The staff has done an impeccable job from replying swiftly to my emails before my arrival to booking my taxi on departure. Very clean and cosy interior. I will definitely book again.

Would not recommended anywhere else in Paris besides CARD Hôtel! Perfect for couples! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and created a warm receptive atmosphere upon arrival.

Almost everything. We had read online that the rooms were small, but we already know this from other hotels on previous trips to Paris. However, there were amazing hidden spaces to place luggage and shoes etc. in the rooms here. The beds and bedding were large and incredibly comfortable. The hotel is incredibly modern with many more amenities. Loved the attention to detail and the afternoon tea with sweets and cake. Breakfast was great, with both continental and hot choices. Nuxe Paris products in the bathrooms were a plus, esoecially for someone like me with sensitive skin. Clarins products in the gym!!! Staff were all super friendly. Bus and metro is near. Literally 200-300m away, depending on the stop. And a supermarket acrissvrge rood and a larger one further down, plus pharmacy and lots of restaurants. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Paris.
