I was stressed in the morning having to clean the pod, empty the bin, change the bed etc. I don’t know how eco friendly the plastic bags containing the bed sheets are or even whether the disposable bed sheets are eco friendly. It was all a bit strange

Reception staff were good. Location was good. Toilet facilities were good. Pod was convenient. Site felt peaceful and safe.

The Italian groundsman was a bit pushy and expected tips for doing next to nothing even though he wouldn't take no.

The staff in reception were very nice.

We would have liked the 'coffee shop' (?) to have more choice. We had a beer there. Not sure if they actually sold any coffee or snacks.

We inadvertently booked the 'cabane magique' (I hadn't really looked at the picture!) and had a good laugh about it. Comfortable bed, clean hut with small shower room and sink. We preferred to use the camp's shower block though, as there was more space and we didn't fancy having to clean the hut's bathroom at the end of our stay.

The toilets could be updated possibly. There are a few caravans on site which look to be permanently in situ which are in a poor state and we felt brought the campsite down.

The pod we slept in was perfect and the campsite very quiet and peaceful. The lady on reception was very helpful and explained everything well. Great situation to walk into the centre. Well equipped shop.

The playground is pretty basic and the area around could be much nicer with a bit more maintenance.

We enjoyed our stay with family and friends for 2 nights in the last days of April. The camping was not really busy at that time, and we couldn't really use many of the facilities on-site. Overall, it is a nice place very close to the old town of Mulhouse, with welcoming and very friendly staff.

A wooden hut close enough to Mulhouse

The one-use bedding was not of good quality, as it made us sweaty and itchy. A different solution for the bedding would have been desirable.

The wooden hut was cute and cozy. If it hadn't been for the one-use bedsheets (7.5€), we would have had a perfect sleep. The room was well heated, so much that we had to turn the heater off for the night. Unfortunately, after a few hours it got cold and we did not manage to turn it on again. You can order bread and croissants in advance and pick them up the next morning; this is very handy because there are no bakeries around.

It gets a little hot in the pod, but with the windows and door open, is doable.

As other reviewers have said, the emphasis on us cleaning everything ( we'd only been there for about 9 hours!!) before we left was a little excessive! The pod wasn't sparkling with cleanliness when we got there...

It was a convenient stop over before catching the train to Paris for the Eurostar the next day. Cute pod, as campers we knew what to expect. Great showers.

the deck of the chalet was very slippery from built up algae from the rain. there was no breakfast option, the camp store had very minimal food options and the wash facilities were quite dirty and run down. additionally the nearby neighborhood was very seedy.

the chalet was very nice and had what was expected.

The accommodation provided did not match the information given through Booking.com. And the photograph provided was extremely misleading. The cabin was barely big enough for a small child let alone two adults. The ‘bathroom’ was so small it was impossible to move hardly at all! There was no hand wash basin only a ‘kitchen’ sink in the other minute section of the hut. Most unhygienic. Almost worst of all was the blackmail of being told to clean the cabin thoroughly after use with the threat of fines for any areas not deemed to have been cleaned effectively! This is totally unacceptable as the cabin should be thoroughly cleaned by an operative between lettings to ensure no cross contamination occurs.

    Not much!

At the arrival the concierges told us about a deposit of 250€ (which would have been returned the morning after, in case everything was fine); I would have liked to know about this in the reservation, before our arrival, but in the end it is okay, if you don't destroy the place :) When we arrived the bed wasn't made, and we had to use one-time covers for the pillows and the mattress. I am not a fan of that, because it doesn't give me the idea of a clean place, but I guess that for 40€, a night and two people that was the max the place could offer. Not a fan of shared bathrooms, but our room did not have a private one, so we used them. Unfortunately, they were not so clean, I would not have showered there. Oh, yeah, almost forgot, you are supposed to clean your room when leaving.

Me and my partner really liked the hut, which was small and wood-made. There was a small table where we could eat. We met an Italian guy named Pietro who worked there and who has been really cool and polite, we really liked him!

    Nothing to complain about.

We stayed in a little chalet for 1 night, it was really good. It was bigger than we expected with a small sitting area beside the bedroom. And it was a pretty good price. Facilities are decent, it was great they had a washing machine and drier as well. Also they had bike storage. Location is good, there are restaurants nearby.
