We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Convenient location alongside motorway for our onward journey. Really friendly staff, one of whom spoke excellent English and was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

United KingdomMy bedroom kettle didn't work but the manager quite quickly found one that did ! I could have done with more than one full strength tea bag. There is nothing to dislike about the Campanile formula. Hotels Campanile provide everything a tired and busy traveller needs. And with a smile.
I liked the cool room after a hot and long drive. I liked the friendly staff who didn't mind my rusty French after a year. The staff looked after my insulin in a very competent way. I LOVED the entree buffet at supper time because I have diabetes and a weird diet which keeps me well but which is often a big hassle in public places. No problem here... a wonderful variety of healthy dishes. Except that breakfast could do with a green salad along with the fruit! And rye bread along with all of what most people love as the sugary delights.

Our staying was ok. The staff was very nice and the room comfortable. We really appreciate the tea/coffee maker in the room. However, we wouldn’t recommend the restaurant on site as the food is not fresh and processed. The breakfast is also very average.

United StatesThe rooms are exceedingly small, there's only room for maybe two carry on or overnight bags. The hotel allows dogs, but I can't imagine having anything larger then a Yorkshire Terrier staying here
Great stop-over hotel on the way to/from Spain or Portugal. Secure parking right in front and quiet location yet very close to the motor way. Pleasant neighborhood for a walk.

Clean and comfortable room. We were pleased to find the electric heater had been turned on in our room so it was lovely and warm. The shower had plenty of hot water and was powerful. The lady running reception and the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming. The dinner menu main courses were limited but we were happy with the options. The starter buffet and the main course we chose were very good.
