No toilet brush!!! The so-called the double bed in fact it is 2 singles and one of them on castors without a lock, which made it drift apart.

There would be a rating 10/10 but the lack of a toilet brush in the bathroom is unacceptable. Room well soundproofed, despite being facing the street. Comfortable beds (unfortunately single ones).

Parking costs €10 plus per day but it may be better to put your car here then risk it on the street or parking in a parking garage.

Breakfast was very good. The room was a good size and perfectly clean. The bathroom was very nice. The hotel is well located close to the old centre of Dijon about 10-15 minutes walking distance. The parking was secure.

Overnight stop only so just wanted a clean, quiet comfy room and that's what we got. Very impressed with cleanliness. Staff were very good. Breakfast was fine for the money. Some hot food - the scrambled eggs were good, the sausages less so, but overall good value for money and it allowed us to travel on South for the rest of the day without stopping

Getting to the hotel and its parking area was very easy. From there to the cdntre it’s 2 stops by tramway or a short walk. All very convenient.

Only one person was on reception and the bar. As we arrived at the property two coach full of people also arrived which also needed checking in at the same time. My parents who are elderly was given a room which was already occupied. Took a good hour to get this first issue sorted. Only one lift which serviced 6 floors. The hotel was tired and dirty outside. Inside the public areas was also very tired and needed a good clean. The rooms was ok. We went to breakfast the following morning at 6.30am (opening time) it was full with the 2 coach parties, which is not a problem! But there was literally no milk or food left.

safety: On day two, we went out in the morning to visit the city and came back around two PM. we left the DO NOT DISTURB sign on out door. I have the habit to take series of precautions to know if someone opened our bags, and when we returned to the room I noticed that the window was wide open (5th floor) and that the bag we left, and that contained no valuables, was messed with. Even the smaller bag that was inside was opened and left with the zipper open. The room was not made or cleaned. We notified the receptionist about the incident, and he said he would look into it. The next day, during our check-out, we asked the staff if the were informed by their colleague about our misadventures, and we were surprised that the clerk didn't pass this important piece of information. We found their reaction to what we just told them a bit faint. They just said oh ok we will see with the housekeeper. Seen the seriousness of the issue we would have maybe expected a more concerned reaction. So we would definately not choose this hotel again, and if you do then make sure tou leave nothing of value when you are away.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. There was a technical problem with our reserved room so they changed it for us. But the safety is something that the hotel needs to take seriously. someone went through our things while we were out visiting the city.

I stay here a couple of times per year when visiting family who live nearby. It's great value for money. It's very close to a tram stop, so a practical location. I've also used the car park at the hotel which is very useful. I will be staying here again over the Christmas period.

The advertised parking comes at a charge but you have to book with your booking. There was a great cheap carpark close by. But parking there is not always available and is not free.
