The only two things that could have been improved for us are the strong smell of chemical products used for room cleaning, and we lacked a fridge bar, we would have preferred to have it instead of the TV.

The room was clean, the staff very friendly, the breakfast had a large choice and was of good quality.

The coffeemachine

Good, a lot of variety of food. The coffee machine didn’t work well. When you wanted capuccino you got hot chocolate.

Poor lighting in room, no light above mirror. No lock on bathroom door. Unable to lock bedroom door from the back so my two year old son kept opening it and trying to get into the corridor. I would have preferred some cupboards or drawers to store our clothes as my child kept pulling everything down from the shelves. Some high shelving would have been good to keep things away from my two year old. Difficult to shower my son as the glass panel on the shower does not move, so we would always have to shower together or I would get very wet. It was a difficult room to stay in with a child. But it would be a great room to stat in as a couple without a child

The room was small. Only one wooden chair for example. For a room that costs 170 euro I had expected literally more room.

Due to the fact that this is a pet friendly hotel the carpet in the room has a smell, which may be uncomfortable for those highly sensitive to odors. Would be better if floor was easily washable.

Location. There were no amenities close by, but the local town(1.5Km) had wonderful restaurants.

Unfortunatelly when we went for breakfast at 9.15 (breakfast is till 10.00) there was no bread anymore and they did not refill it. There are 2 coffee machines at breakfast room, big one makes not tasty coffee, luckily for us we discovered that small one makes excellent coffee.

Finally one hotel which understands travellers, if people are booking double room, mostly it means that people has with them at least 2 travelbags, and this hotelroom has big enough luggageshelf for at least 2 bags! Room is good size, bathroom too, it is clean, airconditioning is working manually, wifi is good working, location is little bit outside town center. Hotel has own big parking, and there is big free parkingspot next to the town center, if you go for eating there, because hotel has no restaurant. Next to reception, there is small bar at hotel. Breakfast was good, with enough choice.

If you are going to provide a kitchen then a space to eat with a table and chairs would be good rather than having to eat on the bed. Also the is a stove but nothing to air out the smoke. We were scared of setting off the fire alarms. The location is very odd. Feels a bit run down. I was told that the hotel closes it’s doors at 10 but got locked out on Sunday with no phone at 8pm. I was not warned of this change on a Sunday.

It was clean modern and had a kitchen. Good air conditioning.

The a/c or something in the room made a consistent clicking that we were able to cope with using an App for white noise-we couldn’t quiet pinpoint the source of the sound-perhaps the nearby elevator?

The hotel is a PERFECT location if you are in the area to bike-along La Route des Vins D’Alsace or the Canal de la Bruche towards Strasbourg. It is just minutes away from the bike paths. It is also a few minutes bike or about 15 minute walk to the quaint city center of Molsheim. It is modern, clean, comfortable with a/c. The breakfast was good with a variety of breads/croissants/fresh fruit/meat/cheeses/yogurt with toppings/pancakes/eggs/bacon, local jellies & honey. The staff was very helpful-she was able to point us in the right direction to start our rides. The hotel also had a good variety of maps/activities in the local area in French/German and English.
