I don't honestly know.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city which meant it was very close to everything that I needed or wanted. I really wanted to see some of sights like The Louvre and Musee D'Orsay and the hotel is very close to both. Metro stations and bus stops are also very close at hand even though I didn't use public transport. There are numerous cafes and many different styles of restaurants nearby too. The breakfast they provide is a buffet style with several different healthy options to start your day. My room was spotless and very well kept with the cleaner coming in everyday to change towels and bed sheets. The bed itself was one of the most comfortable I've slept in and at night it was very quiet so I was guaranteed a great night's sleep. The staff are all very friendly and they made me feel really welcome.

Disliked · Unfortunately the air con was broken while we stayed. We were given a fan when I reported it after the second night, but it was fairly ineffective. My son managed to sleep, but I was very uncomfortable each night and woke around 1am and had to throw the windows open for relief as it was so hot and stuffy. Would have loved to have left it open, but the curtains couldn’t close when it was open and the street was well lit from opposing office building. They were beautiful huge windows, but no way of securing them either so I didn't want to risk them swinging back and forth and breaking! They said they couldn’t get the AC repaired due to an upcoming long weekend- but it wasn’t just our room and as I heard many others complaining. On the third night, I heard a man complain and he was offered a different room on the other side of the hotel- where the AC was working. A bit sad that we were not offered this when we had let them know- it must be in the delivery as I was polite about it.... Having said that, the staff were incredibly lovely though and made it feel like we were coming home each night! If not for the air con I would give it 5 stars

The hotel was in the best location and we walked nearly everywhere from there! The staff were friendly and welcoming and stored our luggage on arrival and after check out. Also very helpful with giving us recommendations and directions. Free tea and coffee maker in the lobby for guest use 24/7 and the initial mini bar spoils were free. Beds were comfy and the room, while small wasn’t as small as we feared from some other reviews. Certainly not by Paris standards :) The bathroom was tight, but clean and had a drying line. The breakfast option was very basic, a few tables in the foyer with some pastries, hot food and juices, tea and coffee. It was an adequate start to the day, but I would choose to eat at one of the nearby cafes instead if I returned. There was a lovely big window that could be opened to let in fresh air. Great food options all around and lovely arcades and gardens that we stumbled upon within a block that felt ’secret’ as they expanded behind archways. I would recommend walking to get lost while staying there as we found something great at every turn (especially the gardens of the Louvre on three sides!). Great communication from the hotel before and during our stay and we felt like very welcomed guests from arrival and right through our stay.

It worked for me generally. Yes the first room was a small room, but the closets and the bathroom made it work. We got a lot of Ubers, which you have to take from the adjacent street.

I stayed in two different rooms, the small room works well if you are out for a lot of the day and are just having a shorter stay, it had a great bathroom (for the room size) and an adorable tub/shower. The second room we stayed in on the return trip was a larger size with a king bed and it was spacious comfortable and quiet. Staff at the the hotel are very helpful and polite, they really work to help the guests. The location was excellent for us as we wanted to generally walk around central Paris

There was a gap on the shower glass, thus shower water might be leaking on the floor if you unnoticed it. One of the air conditioning was not working.

The location was very nice, nearby shops, restaurant as well as metro station. The room was clean and comfortable, slightly small for the family but still okay.

They forgot to replace the used tea bags and coffee stick. But housekeeping was very apologetic and helpful about it. Honestly I don't have any other bad things to say about my stay.

We got the room in level 4 facing the front part of the hotel, looking over some offices. Check-in and check-out was very smooth, despite us checking out at the early hours before dawn (around 4-5am in the morning). Housekeeping cleans our room daily, our tea and coffee selection is topup daily. Although the room is a bit small but we can still open our luggages freely. They even have a closet for us to hang out coats. Bathroom and toilet is squeaky clean. We even have no problems parking our car in front of the hotel. Very convenient location.

Lively area, if you are easily woken you should ask for room not on the street side. We would still book again as everything else provided and location outweighs something that can be overcome!
