The restaurant was beautiful, and service good but the choice of food was limited and very expensive.

The room was lovely - very clean and comfortable- thank you. The reception area was really nice and staff on arrival very friendly and helpful, although we had some issues with the key card. The location was brilliant, especially for the music festival, with a great range of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking was available in the public car patk outside for a small charge but free after 7pm.

Wifi instructions were not clear.

Its is peaceful in the morning with the sound of the fountain on the square. The decor is a charming mix of new and classic features. Excellent location. Five stars for the nutella dispenser at breakfast.

The room was very small with creaky floorboards in the room and the corridor outside.

The location is perfect, staff were very helpful and the restaurant food was excellent.

The parking needs to be booked in advance and is very tight for a large car although there is free public parking in the square in front of the hotel. The breakfast was basic and the hotel would benefit from a more welcoming bar area.The rooms were a bit tired.

Great central location and the restaurant (apart from the vivid red colour scheme) offers a very good dinner.

The restaurant attached to the hotel (but not part of the hotel) is a bit pricey and the value for money was not up to our expectations. If you have a large car, the private car park might not be an option as it is narrow.

the location is nice, right in the center of the town. Very convenient to discover by walk the city centre and hop to the market. Convenient private car parking. Nice and helpful staff.

The exit from the parking garage was frequently closed, this required the receptionist to leave his station to open the door. I would suggest that remote opening would be much easier, or that users of the garage have some method of opening the door. (Not knowing if the door was open or closed often meant a walk to the garage, and back to reception, and back to the garage was required, it was raining heavily during most of our stay.)

The location is very good right in the centre of Bourg-en-Bresse. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant twice, the food is very good and a reasonable price for the quality.

I think decoration of room are a bit out of date. My room was above , kitchen I assume, and I had a bit of cooking smell,but it was ok. My room was on first floor and accessible from outside. I would have like a system to lock the window and be able to sleep opened window.

Bedroom a long way from the lift but this was a very minor point. If we stayed again I would ask for one nearer the lift.

Building needs some updating perhaps to return it to its previous splendour ( carpets , painting, shutters etc). The aircon ' works' but inly manages to reduce the summer heat by 2 or 3 C

On a hot night, the air conditioning actually made the room too cold, and it was difficult to alter this. Switching it off altogether made the temperature OK, but the room was then too stuffy.

Spacious bathroom with a lovely shower. Good breakfast. Location is excellent, and the use of the car park was much appreciated.
