We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We booked for the sole reason of visiting Brittany. This was an ideal location to travel from by car. Very easy to access all of the main roads in order to travel.

The room was a good size, nice layout, bright and very clean. The bathroom was very modern and clean with a rain shower and regular shower in a nice unit. The underground parking was very good and is limited for information to 1.80 mts. Very secure but did cost 12 Euros per night. Check in and out was simple and well greeted on arrival and departure. We would stay at this hotel again. A little out of town but not that far with the metro station very close for best access to town.

Saudi ArabiaThe was an issue with the programming of the in room Air Conditioner. It would cool down to 20 Celsius and then shut off until I went to the in room thermostat and set the temperature back down to 20 Celsius to get it to turn back on and cool the room down. We notified staff of the issue in the morning.
Everything we could ask for was pretty much what we received. The beds were nice and comfortable. We even left the hotel we had previously booked in order to stay at the Hotel Isadore because we wad stayed previously and changing our hotel in order to gat a much better nights sleep at the Isidore was worth it.

GuernseyI didn’t dislike anything, although the breakfast could be improved and the restaurant should be open at the weekend.
Although not close to shops, restaurants or attractions the hotel was well located in that it was close to the new metro line which was ideal for getting into the centre of Rennes without the hassle of parking. The hotel’s secure underground parking was also very handy. Our room was very nice with the bed being really comfortable. We enjoyed having a meal in the restaurant one evening which had a good atmosphere. It was a little disappointing that this wasn’t open at the weekend though. The breakfast was fine albeit nothing to get excited about. Overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel and will definitely stay there again when next in Rennes.
