Veronique was extremely helpful during our stay, but less so afterwards. Unfortunately I left a bag in the room. Completely my fault, I should have thoroughly checked the room before leaving. Veronique confirmed she had found the bag and she agreed to send it onto me. I offered to send her the money for postage before she sent it. 3 times I contacted her and each time she said she would send it. But sadly she never did.

The location is fabulous, right in the heart of the beautiful village. The room was typically Alsatian and spacious with a recently updated shower room. The hotel offered a beef bourguignon fondue which was delicious and really good value. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Good location in the beautiful old town. There are plenty of free parking spaces, restaurants and a bakery in the area. The hotel is in an old building but in good condition. Some of the furniture is a bit old but it is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very nice and helpful.

The hotel is in the center. The city is about 8 km from Colmar, but to be honest its really very nice to stay there. Its more quiet and not so crowded. Value for the money. The owner was really very hospitable. Reccomend the place

Carpet needs to be removed from room & hallways. Shower curtain didn't keep the shower water in the stall, very annoying (& gross).

The shower in the room didn't allow you to stand completely because of the height of the ceiling. And there was no bathtub stopped, so we had to shower seated.

The location was in the city center of a small and beautiful Alsacian's town. Amazing for waking up and have walk and breakfast at a Patisserie :) The room was comfortable and easily reachable.

We were pleased with our one-night stay at Hotel Berceau Du Vigneron. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough. The wifi worked well; we did not take breakfast. The location of the hotel, essentially in the center of the old town area, is perfect. Parking was not a problem, with free parking provided within a short walking distance (200-300 meters) of the hotel. Finally, the price was reasonable.

It takes a long time for the shower to get warm, but the temperature is good once it gets there. Just a bathtub and a showerhead. No way to stand or hang the showerhead. So we had to sit in the bathtub holding the shower over our head. Mattress was a bit thin.

The location is great. Near the center but still quiet. Clear instructions on check-in. Nice hostess. Overall just a good comfy room

My problem was that the bathroom was not ventilated and the room was filled with moisture from the shower. And I didn’t sleep well. I read many comments about breakfast but was ok , not perfect. It was a simple breakfast.

Small shower, need to have water running for several minutes prior to getting warm water, difficult to keep all the water inside the shower (only curtain). Wash basin not in the bathroom, but in the room itself. Perhaps slightly more focus required on cleaning, to get rid of all the dust webs. But nothing really that would keep me from going here.

Good location to explore the Vosges mountain range by motorbike. Agreement with local restaurant makes a guarded parking spot for motorbike possible. Within walking distance of a number of good restaurants. Some comment on the dated look of the hotel, but when booking you know about this. What you see is what you get. No surprises.
