The hotel is on the River Eure, a beautiful setting from the dining room. The dinner menu was gourmet and delicious. Staff was attentive and helpful. Good parking facilities. Robe and slippers were a nice touch. Room was spacious with a patio.

Beautiful setting along the river in a small town, close to shops and cafès, a 20ish minute drive from historical town, Giverny. Extremely friendly service at reception and at the bar- shoutout to Asma and Ruben. The restaurant/breakfast room has views of the river and looks to have been recently renovated. Overall, Very good value for money

there was nothing we didn't like

The room was very large and very nice. We stayed in a twin deluxe room that had two separate bathrooms. The website says the rooms are soundproof and they indeed are! I have never stayed in such a quiet hotel. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed the dinners at the restaurant. All in all, we had a wonderful time and I wish we can come back in the future.

Lovely newly refurbished hotel next to a river. 20 minutes drive from Monet's garden. We had a lovely room overlooking the front of the hotel with a private balcony. Staff were helpful and polite. Large private car park

Not much; the breakfast was pleasant although a little sparse and mugs in the room and milk for the morning tea instead of just a small coffee cup would be nice.

The location is excellent, sitting by a very pretty river and just back from the road in a quiet part of a pleasant small town. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous and make you feel very welcome. The restaurant is very good with a well chosen menu and a good wine list. The rooms are clean and comfortable and if you are looking for the ideal overnight stay, this is it.

This is a great hotel with very pleasant and professional staff. The room was of a substantial size and very clean as was the shower room. The free Wi-Fi was very good. The restaurant was exceptional with a menu of a very high quality and in addition the there was a substantial breakfast available. Would recommend this hotel

We ate one evening in the restaurant and it was a real mixed back. We had the charcuterie board which was fantastic, but sadly the mains didn't meet expectations. My Mother in law had Sea bass with Carrots & peas but the fish didn't' appear to be sea bass and it had peppers instead of carrots, not ideal as she is allergic to them. It seemed they changed based on what was advertised which wasn't stated. I also asked if they could offer the steak cooked through as I'm pregnant (otherwise I can choose something else) however they insisted they could do it and understood my requirement. My steak came back totally rare. They insisted they could do it again but this time is came back medium rare and still very bloody so I was unable to eat it. Shame My husband also ordered the steak and asked for it medium, and it came out very rare. If you are going to ask how people want it cooked, then at least cook it to that ask..... The service was ok but did have to keep chasing up for drinks, plates cleared etc. The food had potential to be amazing but they just fell short each time.

We had a good 2 night stay at the property. It is beautifully and stylishly decorated and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is simple but still enjoyable, perfect ahead of our days out.

There was nothing to dislike specifically but some things could be improved. For example, it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room to relax in when the weather is not conducive to outdoor lounging. The restaurant could be more consistent. On the occasion we dined there, the starters were delicious but the roast beef main course was so tough that it was actually inedible.

It is comfortable and unpretentious, quiet, conveniently located in a pretty setting next to the river. Secure parking also appreciated. The staff are wonderful, especially Nabila and Marine ( not sure of spelling!). Warm, welcoming and so helpful.

The shower was mostly open to the bathroom, making it hard to not get everything wet. The curtain in the bathroom was completely see through, especially when backlit (at night it was easy to see in).

We had the upstairs room with the balcony overlooking the lovely river. It was cozy and well appointed. The restaurant was expensive, but good.

We have previously enjoyed dining in the excellent restaurant. Everyone is friendly and helpful. But this time we felt the menu was very limited. My husband said that his steak was excellent but didn't enjoy the other courses. I can’t say I really enjoyed my meal. The best part was the muse bouche. Never seen the restaurant as empty. It was very expensive.

The friendly welcome for us and our dog. The lovely room next to the river. We have stayed a few times and always look forward to returning.

Really helpful staff on arrival. The superior room with terrace and view of the Eure was simply blissful, one of the best places I've ever stayed in. Just stunning. Location right in the heart of a pleasant town is ideal, but also quiet.

As well as being in a beautiful location on the river, it is the staff that really make this hotel. They are incredibly friendly and helpful - they cannot do enough for you. They go above and beyond and made us and our child feel so welcome.

Variety of breakfast food, it was extremely limited.

The food was fantastic, staff were friendly, the view was amazing and local activities. The rooms were comfortable and what we expected. The cost was wonderful for a high end facility.
