Although accommodation in Paris is in general expensive, I think the amount per night for the facilities is not balanced. The place is decent but nothing great. There is a fan in the room but was so loud that you could not use it at night to sleep. The street was also quite noise and the door of the room did not lock.

Well located Hotel, close to the regional train and walking distance to the metro. Clean room and polite and helpful staff.

Lack of air conditioning in our room when the temperature was 95 degrees outside. We made the best of it, slept with the window open and enjoyed the sounds of the city.

The hotel is centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean.

I think I would have preferred a room higher up, only because we were so close to the street, and the hotel delivery service truck in the morning was VERY loud. I needed to keep the windows open at night during the very warm August days, as there is no air conditioning. This of course meant I was hearing everything being so close to the street. So a room on a higher floor would have been more beneficial for me and my small child.

I loved the location! It was great having Port Royale at the doorstep! The beautiful fountain and gardens down the road were a lovely spot for our "breakfast on the go". Very clean, modern hotel. And very quiet inside - I barely heard another guest!

You have to note that there's no air conditioner in the room. Wifi is not so good that I couldn't have a video conference in the room.

Very good location close to the RER-B Port Royal station. The staffs are very kind and gentle. The room is a little bit small but neat.

Space is tight but is expected of Paris.No A/c but we were given fans as requested.

The location is great, many restaurants nearby.Next to RER train, very easy to get around.

Room space was a bit small Toilet lock did not work Shower was too too small to turn around Bin was broken Table for kettle and fan was too small Did not renew fresh water every day No clean cups every day Tissue box was not replaced when empty. Outside corridor was dark when I first checked in, I was unable to find light switch for it. It could have been dangerous in the dark.

When checking in the receptionist didn’t notify us that breakfast wasn’t included in the price- or actually say much apart from this is your room key and room number. So they charged us for multiple days of breakfast, for the two of us, even though I hadn’t been down to breakfast once during my stay- and my partner had only had it once. They only notified us upon checkout for these extra charges.

I liked the location and the size of the twin room.

Quieter front rooms

Great, helpful staff. Location next to Port Royal Station RER. Good breakfasts Comfortable bed. Room at back of hotel was quiet. Rooms at front were noisy from road traffic. All in all a good stay of 3 nights. Would book again.

Staff really friendly and room with a lovely view to the Eiffel tower. The room was a bit small (but it is really common in Paris) but it was perfect for our staying and we had all the comforts we needed like a fan and the safety box. We went to Paris for a weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the staff offered us the breakfast, it was so nice of them! We will be back for sure
