It has perfect location, everything is near by. Clean, easy to check in and they provide good information about the parking.

Perfect, if you are in town for Paris Photo or plan to do a long weekend full of sightseeing in Paris. Loved the location, the team was very friendly and helpful. There is also an early check-in, which is great if you scheduled to catch your first meeting on time.

Our first night in room 506 smelled of sewage. Also we had difficulty getting the elevator to come to our floor because the chambermaids monopolize it. We told management about this and for the next three night we stayed in room 106 which was much better, no smell and could get the elevator. No offer to refund us for the first night.

Great location, close to the Metro and lots of good cafes. Comfortable room starting the second night.

I think, there was a old woman at entrance hall and she was not smile, that's why hotel personnel could be better 😔 Maybe, she could a little help to guest.

Everything of the hotel was amazing for me. For instance, transportation, silence of hotel, room cleaning etc. But, the most important advantage of the hotel was close to around of the Eiffel Tower.

Outside construction on the street was loud at times.

I stayed here as I was attending a festival nearby. The bed was very comfortable, close to many shops & Monoprix supermarket. Also within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Metro Charles Michels was right next door. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and two well-rated restaurants were nearby.

The size of the room and the price that I paid for.

Excellent location -just 10 steps away from Charles Michel Metro Stn. Numerous cafes, bars and handful of boulangeries in the neighborhood, including Starbucks and MacD. The front desk staff speak English, helped me book a taxi, gave me a early checkin and were nice and cordial.

It is not that we do not like it, but it would be great to have a kettle in the room to make some tea and maybe an iron.

The staff was really helpful, the room was small but I think this is common thing for Paris, and despite of the size it was enough for two persons and even cozy. The size of bed was ok, and the mattress as well. The window was accessible so we could open it when we wanted. The location is great - right in front of the Metro Station. And the 15th district is very lively, full of cafes and restaurants, small shops and close to famous attractions.
