Nice, spacious and well-lighted room, with a large window opening to a big green yard. Comfortable bathroom. Quiet nighborhood, just across the street from a big forest-park. A supermarket is nearby, and a pizza stand a waking distance away. Homeowner is hospitable and helpful. Breakfast is simple and excellent. A refrigirator is available for guests.

Eating breakfast under peaceful verandah. It was delicious fresh and plentiful. Big spacious house and room. Polite gentleman/owner and Co. Quite location but only a few mins from the busy seafront.

The host Claude was very helpful and polite, the house and the garden were very clean and tidy and the breakfast was perfect and delicious. Claude himself prepared and served the breakfast to us in a beautiful garden in charming atmosphere. There is also a very nice beach nearby.

Comfortable room and amazing breakfast served in the garden (handmade marmalades, croissants, fruits, French cheese). 5 minutes walk from the beach. You can reach the center of the town of Antibes by bus (the bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the B&b).

The walls are thin as hell. If someone of your “room neighbours” is in bathroom, you will hear everything, the sound od flowing water is like it is near your head…that was the only negative

It is very nice house, owner is very kind and he makes you breakfast by his own. Very nice “guesthouse” atmosphere. Great location near Antibes and Nice airport. We are highly recommended this because of its authenticness. 9 out of 10

Very friendly host, you live in the same house as the owners. Room is upstairs, a lot of space with a balcony and a view onto the private garden of the house. In the morning the owner prepared our breakfast himself and we got to eat in their living room. All in all an amazing stay :)

The property had a big garden en was in a quiet neigbourhood. Furthermore good furniture for a good and relaxing stay. The room had a lot of space as well as the bathroom. Claude was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was in the garden which was arranged by himself. Would definitely come back here!

There was a large dog loose on the property, overly friendly and a bit nippy.had to keep hands and fingers in my pockets. Later this was put away in a kennel.

When we arrived the room was clean and tidy, we stayed for six days, during this time the room was not cleaned once. I think that for stays like this, some cleaning should be done, at least once.

The guesthouse is on a beautiful place, very pleasant, the breakfast is good and the owner, Claude, is very attentive.

There is secure parking and the house is in a quiet setting. After a rather indifferent and impersonal check-in process all in French I was shown my upstairs bedroom. It wasn't clear to me if there were public spaces available to enjoy such as the garden etc. You can hear noise from the neighboring room which happened to be a family with a crying baby. The room was okay for a solo traveler but would be cramped for two people I think. The bathroom was very nice and larger than most I have experienced. There was a heated towel rack. The breakfast was excellent and perhaps the best thing about my stay. I think I would have enjoyed myself more if I spoke French and could have interacted with the hosts.
