ItalyThere was no elevator, although only 1 floor to climb. The bar closes early. Toilet paper was only a quarter of a roll, meaning after the cleaning no one thought about that. No extra rolls at the bathroom.
Very close to the airport, and later on easy access to highway to go to the cruise terminal.

United KingdomIt's one of the further hotels from the airport so it takes some time for the shuttle to arrive and/or drop you off. Breakfast was hot and tasty but quite basic.
Lovely colourful place with comfortable beds. Strong wifi, clean spaces, bar open till midnight. Personal shuttle from the airport for free. Swimming pool is small but a luxury for airport hotels. Breakfast from 4am! Lovely staff!

BulgariaIt is a strange location. They have a shuttle, but we missed the last one and decided to walk to the place as per someone else's suggestion in the reviews. I would not recommend!! Google will give you a bizarre route of 48 mins walking from the terminal. The reality indeed is that it takes a bit more than 10 mins to reach the hotel, but then you have to cross a highway with a tall concrete barrier between the lanes and no sidewalk, only to realise there is no through path to the hotel on the other side, despite seeing the building. You need to keep walking up the hill with traffic coming at you at speed and virtually nowhere to run but the bushes. Doing this in the dark gave me profound sweating.
The room is all you need for a stopover night, assuming a night is what most people will do in this place. Clean bed, a shower and air conditioning felt very rewarding after hanging dry at the airport for 6 hours, waiting for what was ultimately a 1h21m flight. The price was good for Marseille as well. We paid c. EUR 100 for a night of comfort whereby a taxi in the small hours to central Marseille was EUR 50 and our Airbnb host requested a late check-in fee which added up to the same cost. The girl at reception was very helpful over the phone.

United KingdomInformation about an inexpensive taxi to the hotel would have been nice. It was only a few minutes away but price quoted was 30 Euros.
The hotel had elements of a chain hotel but also some more quirky individual touches. Staff were friendly. Quite a good place to stay at Marseille airport. I arrived late after the shuttle had finished, so I ended up walking. The official route was 45 mins but by crossing a (quite busy) road it was only 25 minutes.

Very convenient to the airport which was helpful to catching an early flight. Free on-site parking was appreciated. Offered free shuttle to the airport. Room was well-equipped and clean. Hotel had bar and restaurant. Front desk was very helpful on the check-in and check-out, and even provided us with wine glasses to enjoy a bottle of wine in our room.

Really great service and value for money here. The room was clean and had all the facilities you wanted, there was also a decent pool (although we didn’t try it out due to weather) and fun little games in the lobby to keep you entertained. There was plenty of parking and the free airport shuttle was an excellent service. We were surprised how quiet the room was considering it’s proximity to the airport.

Czech RepublicThe button to open the door of the fence was somewhat difficult to locate, and the keycard to the room stopped working on the second day, so we had to get it reactivated. Also, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room for some evening tea.
Excellent location near the station, with friendly hotel staff who even allowed us to borrow a corkscrew and wine glasses, and convenient shuttle service to the airport.
