There was works being done to the hotel with contractors on site when we arrived This was not advertised or advised in advance. Luckily we only had one overnight stop so it didn't affect my stay.

The location is excellent as 2 mins from the motorway. A shopping center is near plus lots of restaurants.

Very basic but that's to be expected for price. Arrived on a Sunday so no staff about had to use a screen to check in which was a bit clunky and didn't allow me to split the bill with a friend I had also booked for. Outside was a bit drab looking. The stairs to the kids beds on the mezzanine were very steep! Toilet was so close to wall you had to sit sideways.

Easy access from Peage, McDonald's and Burger King near by. Had a family room with a mezzanine level for kids which was great to keep them in a seperate space. Great shower very powerfull. Breakfast was a good mix of cooked and cereal etc. Secure parking, free WiFi. For a one night stop over it did the job.

It was adequate for a place to sleep for one night on the road, but I would not recommend to stay longer than necessary The room needed to be redecorated. The carpet is worn and the facilities seem aged. Some traffic noise of trucks leaving early in the morning

Very convenient for autoroute. Comfortable bed. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel

Broken light by bed, floor in shower dirty, changed rooms but bad smell in bath room, man at reception gave us a can of deodorant spray, we consider that some of the B&B room layouts do not give best use of area, this room to had a desk right up to the pillow on the bed I would consider this a health and safety issue.

Very help full man at reception

Breakfast was basic. There was no toaster and cooked breakfast consisted of scrambled egg, bacon and sausage which was sitting on a heated covered plate, unappetising, didn't eat.

Very near to A71 on route south. Car park directly outside hotel.

Small room (but its budget) so I cannot complain, the bathroom was small also but clean.

The welcome from the receptionist was extremely friendly, she booked us in and gave us detailed information about the room, key code and breakfast. she also told us about the near by restaurants which were available and what we were looking for. The room was small but we were simply passing through and needed a bed to sleep, which was very comfortable by the way. Breakfast was served with bacon and eggs along with croissants and jam, there was also juice and hot drinks available, good for the price of €8.50. The First choice Grill which is where we had dinner was excellent, the perfect meal (Buffet Style) for just €21.99 plus drinks. There was also free parking outside the hotel, perfect for what we needed it for. I have to say I would not stay there for more than one night, but if you are on a budget holiday and want to see more of Orleans, then this is the place as the tram direct into the city stop right outside the hotel, perfect.

Outside stairs were not very clean.

Due to covid restrictions we didn't actually see any staff so can't comment. Location next yo motorway (for arrival and departure) is perfect, and being next to tram line for travel into centre of Orleans also perfect for evening out.
