The bathroom was a little old and didn't feel modern.

The hotel was very conveniently placed. The bed was comfortable.

The heater in the room was broken and hanging off the wall. There was something spilt on the door of the room and not cleaned off from previous guests. There were only small side lights in the room, which some did not work and no main light on the ceiling.

Great location and beds were comfortable.

Check in was from 2pm. We arrived after 4pm and reception was shut. There was a lady in reception, who I believe was the receptionist. She eventually checked us in but I felt like she didn’t want to be there. Ran out of loo roll, came down around 3.30am to ask at the 24/7 reception & there was only a security guard there. He said he didnt have access to any more toilet roll. Very helpful

Stopped for the rugby. Loved how close it was to the stadium and there was a Lidl less than 5 minutes away for snacks.

The toilet seat was broken. We asked for it to be fixed but were told it was unlikely to happen on a SSaturday. OK - the toilet seat should not have been broken but it did not spoil our trip

I don't really understand what the negative comments are about. This is a budget hotel similar to an IBIS budget. Yes - it is basic but then you are not paying for luxury. The room was clean and functional, the price was fair and you are about ten minutes walk from the stadium.

Overall lack of cleanliness. The passageways looked dirty and not cared for, with scuffs everywhere and stains on the carpet. It resembled a hostel more than a hotel. I've stayed in other B&B Hotels which have been basic but great. The bathroom needed a good scrub - the shower grouting was very dirty. Not the sort of hotel room you'd want to linger in for too long! It was really expensive for what it was, due to the event happening in the stadium. Be aware that if you're arriving by tram it's virtually impossible to get a taxi to the hotel and it was a long walk in the dark.

Really well located for the stadium, which would be the only reason to book this really. It was a 15 minute walk to the tram station with a really nice boulangerie half way which was a lovely place for breakfast. (We didn't fancy trying the hotel breakfast because of the level of cleanliness in the hotel). The bed itself was clean and comfortable.

We traveled from Australia for the World Cup and this BnB was the ideal location to the stadium, only a few minutes walk. Basic but clean accommodation, perfect for one night’s stay. Had everything you needed and breakfast was also included which was pastries, tea and coffee and juices etc. Would recommend for a short stopover for sure.

Location perfect for the Lyon ground but miles out of town, hard work as no reception so you have to get codes for entry from the computer at the entrance but fair enough for the price.

We booked this hotel for an event which was at the nearby stadium. The staff is very kind and friendly. We had a little hiccup with the check-in and called the reception, they were fast to respond and provided the required assistance. The room was cleaned everyday, the cleaning staff were always friendly and warm towards us. For a budget hotel, the room and bathroom were quite big, the bed was very comfortable and the TV had channels with programmes in French, English and German. Based on other reviews which mentioned the lack of a kettle and complementary tea/coffee, we brought a little travel kettle, mugs and coffee for our "compulsory" morning coffee. Hair dryers are not provided, so it is recommended to bring one, if required. There is a vending machine for soft drinks and another machine for hot coffee near the reception. The hotel is located near 3 supermarkets, each within 5 minutes on foot, there are also several restaurants nearby, and a tram station around 15 minutes on foot. Suggestion to the hotel management: please add more pillows on the bed :)

The room was appalling. The electric heater fell off the wall on arival. The air conditioning did not function. The duvet in the bed was wafer thin with no other bedding. There was one tiny pillow each. The bathroom was a walled off corner of the bedroom. The shower was tiny, and the sink and WC filled the space. There WAS liquid soap in the dispensers. There were no cups, no kettle, nothing! It's a grim place to put your head down for the night.

The location is ideal for the Groupama stadium. There is secure on site parking, with easy access to the hotel from the motorway. That's it. The rest is poor.
