The staff let us understand that breakfast was included in the price and we had the surprise to be charged when we left. The breakfast was poor and small. That wasn’t worth the 15€ per person and we would have prefer to go to the city if we were not misguided.

The bed was not comfortable and we had two beds put together instead of one. The decoration is not great either. Be careful at the spa as my husband had a bad fall as the floor is painted and very slippery.

The room was very small especially given we travelled as a pair. The bathroom was nice and the bed comfortable just the floor space not enough once you add your bags and other items. Smoking absolutely everywhere takes some getting used to and we found the town considerably more expensive then others we’d stayed in prior. The town itself appears reminiscent of a ski village which might contribute to higher prices Taxis to and from (we travelled from St Vincent de Tyrosse) are expensive and getting one proves a challenge. A 15 min ride was around 50euro on a Sunday

Location was great and the staff super friendly, especially given we know next to no French. Town is very picturesque and lively with plenty of eateries to choose from.

The room was not cleaned two days in a row, which is not good when you have some sand coming in. Despite asking for it many times on the 2nd day, it was missed. The sound after 10pm is too loud for a hotel but was stopped between 11pm and midnight. The room is not perfectly dark, with a lot of tiny lights. The breakfast was too expensive, given the limited choices, but it was overall good. Viennoiserie was so-so. The breads were good. I was missing more salted options like sausages, beans, and veggies.

The location is perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The room is spacious enough. The spa is lovely, with a hammam, sauna, and a big massage pool. Useful bike park available.

The overall look of hotel from outside could be improved ( more in line with the lovely rooms!! just to do it justice ! ) that’s why I was pleasantly surprised! In fact , they are a very honest hotel , as they totally stipulate that there’s no air com , however , again I was pleasantly surprised to find a Havana Fan , like in times gone by and in character with hotel ! ) this works so well especially with windows open and a view of the lake. Anyways , temperatures never get too hot in Hossegor !

Outside Bar / Restaurant is very relaxing & it’s a hotel with character and totally unpretentious. They even have a spa which is free to use for guests. unfortunately , I didn’t have time!

The rooms are very cramped .. there was no room on one side at all. The price was a little high for the standard of the room.

The location is perfect . Overlooking the lake and close to Hossegor centre. The breakfast buffet was good with hot and cold options . Free access to the spa facilities was great .. lovely big hot pool,steam room and sauna .. very relaxing space !

The room was a bit small, a bit tight for two people and a suitcase. The floor was poorly cleaned. The bed was very hard. Very noisy between the rooms.

Fantastic location right by the beach and within walking distance to town. The hotel is reminiscent of an old seaside hotel, very nice inside, both the room and the restaurant.
