The rooms are very basic and a little outdated. But perfectly comfortable if you are passing through.

There were inconveniences due to the very small room and a noisy street with restaurants, where there were a lot of people. But for a short period of time it is acceptable.

Great location, 2 minutes to the Croisette and the beach. All shops, restaurants and cafes are nearby. 10 minutes to the railway station. Very convenient location in the heart of Cannes.

My door was extremely hard to open and close. The top door hinge was rusted and scraped upon opening and closing.

Needs some maintenance. The hand shower didn't have a hook to hang it on to make it into a regular shower. The shower curtain was too short so the floor got wet.

The hotel is a bit old and grotty, and my room was tiny - but it was clean. Bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable. AC was welcome. The location is INCREDIBLE for the Festival and market - by far the best thing about it. For two nights attending the festival and using the room mainly for sleeping it was fine. Wouldn't have wanted to spend much more time there.

Breakfast was included downstairs next door. Was typical French coffee croissant but not much which was alright. The room was small better for one person really but alright. Location very near beach and expensive shops so you might like that but the hotel itself was just alright. The climb to the top floor was not fun and if you are not young, avoid it.

Very basic in terms of a hotel - bed and bathroom (e.g. no kettle or fridge).

Great location right in the centre of town. Staff were very welcoming, allowed us an early check-in, held our bags after check-out, allowed us to borrow beach towels. Despite being on the first floor in a busy part of town, it wasn't all that loud from our room.

No tea or coffee making facilities. No holder for shower head. Being in a central location means that you will get some external noise from the bars. All quiet from around midnight.

Only bad thing was the bed. The 4 legs were not screwed in, the bed was only balancing on them. If you moved too much the bed fell onto the floor. The room is kind of small but for a couple with only 1 suitcase it was easily manageable

Only 2 streets back from the beach, this place is located so well. Walking distance to all the shops and main streets of Cannes. Staff were friendly and the room/bathroom was clean. They allowed us to stay after the check out with no extra charge
