We found bugs all over the room despite closing the balcony doors and requesting an extra cleaning for the room. The bugs clearly lived inside the furniture of the room, and didn’t come from the outside.

    Great location and good breakfast!

Despite booking and paying for our room (3 nights, 270 euros per night) 11 months ago, and requesting gluten-free options at breakfast, Madam told me it was too much trouble to buy gluten-free bread for me. Yet the hotel has a restaurant and manages to buy food for that everyday. Luckily the local shop 50 metres away sold gluten-free rolls. Why couldn’t Madam be bothered to look after her guests properly?

Lovely location on the square in the centre of Porquerolles, close to lots of cafes and restaurants, surprisingly quiet at night. Pretty courtyard garden for drinks and breakfast.

Lobby is a bit disorganized but probably temporary. Lack of actual twin beds. The hotel seems to need facade engineering. Steps to room, but understandable as trade for charm.

Charm, location, and very kind staff. They kept the luggage for us one full day. The particular one person ( the blonde lady) at reception who was particularly helpful in giving us much direction and detailed advice. A lovely garden for drinks and breakfast.

The menu was a little limited but our visit was in winter so difficult for them to provide a more extensive choice with limited visitors .a lounge /salon area with more comfortable seating would have been nice rather than just sitting in the restaurant . i felt it was expensive for what it is but that's Porquerolles .it is such a beautiful island that in the summer hotels can charge over the odds as they will always be full but if I was running the hotel and bothering to stay open in winter ,they would be wise I think to reduce the price of the rooms rather than have them 80% empty and make up the money with keeping the inmates in the hotel for the restaurant and bar .

The Location is good being in the town square . the room was comfortable and clean and the staff /owner very friendly .
