You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceBed very hard, and dipped in the middle, and we found our curtain rail had fallen/broken on our return, no maintenance available due to the bank holiday. The bar has no atmosphere, no music.
Location close to town centre, 5 min walk on foot. Large spacious room with large bathroom.

Big room. Great restaurant at the hotel. We ordered a 3 course dinner which was very tasty. Hotel is placed a short walk from the city center. Dole is a nice, pitoresc small town where we had a nice time.

United KingdomLuggage drop of tricky as front door Riverside 50 metres from road. No onsite Parking but loads nearby and free . Room a little warm but summertime. No bath but good shower.
Admired this Hotel on our visits to Dole lovely town. Decided to stay this time. Not dissappointed lovely riverside location. Restaurant on site pleasant. Self service breakfast good start to day. Room ok size and lift to floors.

United KingdomThe welcome on arrival was very underwhelming. The room was also rather Spartan and unwelcoming although the facilities were adequate. There was no air conditioning which was uncomfortable with 35 degree temperatures outside.
Nice location by the river with a good restaurant at reasonable (London!) prices. Pleasant junior staff and clean room. Dole is beautiful and we could walk in easily from the hotel.

FranceA great hotel located in a charming location just on the river. At first we were a bit afraid for the potential noise of the water during the night (I am a light sleeper), but the room had an exceptional soundproofing. The city center is at 5 minutes walk, so it is possible just to leave the car in public parking nearby and enjoy your visit by walking. The room was really spacious and decorated with taste. The bathroom was also really spacious. All in all, we really did enjoy our stay at this hotel.
