We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good value for money and on the 17 tram line to the centre of Geneva. Very good continental breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Particularly good if you're traveling by car. Short walk into town for restaurants.

The couple who run the little hotel were absolutely lovely. Very helpful and I can’t say enough about the way I was treated. Excellent location close to downtown Annemasse. Parking was included and safe.

MalawiBreakfast can improve . It was very light. Room 25 didn't see any air vents so was not sure had to open my window a bit at night for fresh air. With window open the noise of vehicles and motorcycles from the streets was quite disturbing to sleep.

CanadaThe hotel was fine for 1 night transient stop. The host was nice and the resident dog "Leo" who also greeted us is a welcomed bonus for us! :) The room was clean and a welcomed surprise of a large renovated bathroom with a great shower was the icing on the cake! Hotel has a small parking lot out front, which was terrific. Continental breakfast was fine in the morning.

This hotel was everything we wanted. Excellent location close to the tram into Geneva. Straight forward free private parking on site. Our room was sparkling clean. Bathroom modern with great shower, decent towels and again sparkling clean. Within 10 minutes of leaving we were on the motorway.

A cosy little hotel. The room was not too big, but had everything one needs (free wifi, tv, desk, place to hang clothes). The surprise was the big and new bathroom. Free parking, and a terrace with trees to hide from the sun. Very close to tram 17, which takes you downtown Geneva in 20 mins. By car you get to Annecy in 30 mins - in a few mins you're on the highway
