The mattresses was a bit deep in the middle, we've mentioned this to the reception. It was immediately noted down, we expect it to be resolved.

We spent 2 nights there, and there isn't much to criticize. The price was right for what we got. Nothing fancy, and we were not expecting it either.

The location was perfect, beautiful setting and very convenient specially for those who want to do some hikes. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast very good with plenty of local options to choose from.

Excellent location at the beginning of the awesome Vallée de la Restonica. Ideal for hiking tours and bathing in the river. There are comfortable and picturesque sitting areas at the river, even sunbeds. There is also a good restaurant. Just amazing.

The only point which could have been improved is the quality of the mattresses. They were fairly thin and hence an 8 out of 10 rather than a 10. But all in all we had a fantastic time.

This hotel is set in a stunning location with the relaxing flow of the river alongside it. The staff are friendly, the food was delicious and the room was super clean. Evenings spent on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine were exceptional.

Not possible to open the window, I sleep with an open window, so I needed to sleep with an open door, I did not feel safe. If you are sensitive sleeper, due to mountain river is very noisy 😁

The rooms were a little dated but perfectly clean and comfortable with good aircon.

The location of the hotel was unbelievable. We'd seen photographs when booking but they didn't do it justice. The Restonica river running through the hotel grounds was superb and very unique, if you like the great outdoors then this is the place to be. The bar and restaurant were good, it wasn't fine dining but the service, food and drink were all perfectly good. It was a little bit of a walk into town or a short drive. We went hiking on the Restonica trail which was superb. If you are looking for an active trip with absolutely superb scenery then this is the place to stay.

1. My parents had a room with a terrace facing the river and the mountains, which was beautiful. In the room however there was a bit of an unpleasant smell from the toilet, it could be that they have problems with their plumbing - we did not bring up the issue since we only stayed for one night and it was not that bad. 2. We had a bad experience with a waitress in the restaurant though. We only wanted to get a little something to eat and the hotel is not near any stores and the city is a bit far away to walk there in the evening before going to bed. We asked if they have any small portioned food. The waitress was extremely arrogant saying something along the lines of ``oh this is a proper restaurant`` and when I ordered only fries she rolled her eyes and acted extremely inappropriate. I would understand if we were taking up space from people who would have ``proper`` dinner BUT we were literally the only ones there at that time. I did speak French to her but then I got sick of her attitude and left, and my mother then spoke to her in English, which she did not understand a word of. I really liked the place but this lady spoiled my evening. If I stayed here again, I would not visit the restaurant. Not in the mood to get patronized and belittled on my vacation. 3. I paid for breakfast in advance, but then when checking out the staff said the breakfast still needs to be paid - just heads up to check your receipt when checking out, eventually they did realise I paid it all already, as it could be clearly seen from my booking.

This place has an idyllic location near a river, leading up a gorge and mountains. There is even a little inside grass patch with chairs and hammocks that are surrounded by the rooms, as well as a restaurant. It is a very calm and nice place, cooler than the city. The breakfast was good as well, the usual mix you get in Corsica or in France. There are enough parking spots right next to the hotel. Apart from the lady in the restaurant, the people were nice. You can talk a walk a bit further up from the hotel, just a few minutes, and you can access the river easily. Not for swimming though, it is pretty shallow, but still a welcome refreshing for my feet!

The hotel is situated on a great spot on the river at the foot of the mountains. This means great breakfasts/lunch/dinners with the sound of the river cascading down the rocks. From the hotel you can do great walks/climbs along the riverside, climbing from rock to rock and taking a dive in one of the many natural rock pools. What a blast. The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are roomy and airconditioned, beds are good and the bathroom provides for everything you expect at this price level. Eating at the restaurant is good, though a bit simple and on the heavy side. But the location and surroundings while eating on the riverside terras sure make up for what the food might be lacking. Staff is friendly and adequate, but not over achieving. If you want a great location to explore the mountains this is your sure pick.
