Pool towels not available. Limited replacement of coffee and tea in room. I.e. just one of each type of coffee/tea provided. Sun lounger availability round the pool is limited. No problem with that but some guests were reserving loungers with towels for several hours during the day and staff were not acting on this. It should be made quite clear that this behaviour is not acceptable.

Lovely seaview room. Very clean. Well received as returning guests by some staff. Nice pool.

Parking can be challenging due to the tight spaces and multiple hazards. Swimming towels were not available.

A comfortable family hotel run by three lovely ladies. It’s situated on the beach with a compact pool area. Drinks were provided on request. Room was comfortable and we slept better than in most hotels! Breakfast was OK with fresh croissants.

Really good hotel right on the beach and a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. We had a room with a garden view which actually was the car park but there were nice trees so was nice to sit on the balcony in the sun. The staff were helpful and pleasant, we did not have breakfast but it smelled delicious. Would stay here again

First receptionist - young male - not very welcoming! Not a great start.

Comfy bed & room, very close to beach, lovely pool, relatively quiet at night. With the exception below, the staff - all female except one other male on reception - were really, really lovely & appreciated my attempts at the French language!

Parking is limited and not enough for all rooms. There are some lampposts and bollards in the car park which make this worse. Also parking spaces are not obvious. Could be easily rearranged to make more space. Parking on the street outside is limited and expensive- the staff just shrugged at this issue and didn’t say there was on-street parking about 5 mins walk away. Staff who greeted us on reception were generally brusque and gave out limited information. Hotel on the side of the car park is scruffy with cracked tiles and a dank pond - needs tidying up.

Good location on the beach with a boardwalk which runs along the beach into town. Nice pool area and good breakfast although crockery kept running out. Room was big and comfortable with good air conditioning.

Hotel is showing its age in the rooms. Many of the doors in the room were ill-fitting and did not close fully. Parking is limited.

The night guard, a young man, had very poor service costumer skills and was abrupt when we asked him for a bottle of water. He said straight away that we had to pay 4 euros and then said the small plastic bottle were free but didn’t offer one. We had to ask for it. He did smile or said anything kind…

The room was a little tired, the toilet seat was broken, the door to the bathroom was impossible to shut. But bed was comfortable and staff were helpful, breakfast was good.
