The door sticks quite a bit making one key impossible to use.

Being in a pedestrian street creates a bit of a complication for mobility impaired people. But we got thru it. The parking pass was a big plus!

This is not a negative comment at all, but we sometimes did struggle to get into the front door, but we were told it could be tricky, when we arrived.

All three good size bedrooms with en-suites. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. Coralie was great showing us around and answering our questions, when we arrived.

I was hoping to be in Annecy during the Marche de Noel, but we missed it by 1 week.

The home was beautiful. Each detail was thoughtful and luxurious.

Not sure what could have been improved, there was nothing that we needed that wasn't provided. The apartment is above a street with vibrant restaurants and bars so there is noise at night but the rear bedrooms were quiet, only the main bedroom could hear the frivolity - but that's part of the appeal!

Beautiful apartment, above a very busy street filled with restaurants and bars. Fantastic large lounge that overlooked the street with distant water views. Very functional kitchen and dining room, it was so nice, it made leaving to do touristy things difficult! Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were a visual delight. The apartment is beautifully decorated and was a fantastic location to enjoy Annecy. Hosts were accomodating with an early check in and we loved the coffee machine.

The property was amazing but we didn’t like the caretaker arriving at 9.30am on our day of checkout which was 10am. She was walking around checking everything when people were using the bathroom and trying to pack up and leave.

We loved everything about this property but especially the size and the styling.

Conflicting information about checking out - we had a long drive ahead of us and being sent text messages a few times at 5am on the day of our departure asking what time we will be leaving seemed unusual as we had been asked to simply pop keys in a certain place by the lovely lady who showed us the apartment.

An incredible apartment with a rich history, which can be felt as soon as you enter. Beautifully styled, with everything you need to have a truly memorable stay in Annecy.

A/C did not help much. This could be problematic for those who like it cool when the weather is hot outside. Fans were provided and that’s all we needed.

There was nothing that we didn’t like!

This really was exceptional. The position was perfect… near the lake and in the old town but it was easy to get to the train station. They also have somewhere to park if you have a car. Prior to our time there, Coralie was very helpful via emails to help us plan activities.

Delightfully crazy apartment in the middle of Annecy. Decorated floor to ceiling in paintings of cherubs, Rubenesque women, replicas of old masters and old tapestries. Absolutely over the top but so much fun to stay in. Had everything we needed and so comfortable. Perfectly located in the tourist centre and near to the lake. Management on the opposite side of the hall helped with a bleeping smoke alarm that needed a battery changing.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Excellent location, but that's just an aside. The apartment itself is so magnificent that none of us felt like going outside, We just wanted to sit in the apartment and enjoy the decor and ambience it created. Everything you need is around the apartment and the proximity to park and lake meant you can go from the little streets to the Alpine view within minutes.
