Fully equipped room, no welcome kit like make up removal pads etc. Nice position but before planning to arrive in car check if there is not marathon. If you happen to arrive or depart during marathon it will be impossible to arrive or depart from hotel parking or nearby public parkings. Not fault of hotel, they provided all necessary information. Really nice and helpful hotel staff.

The two TV screens in the breakfast room are optically and acoustically disturbing and completely superfluent since every room has its own TV. In addition to the two TVs which run on low sound there is a radio playing some music, that is, you do not hear either channel correctly and all these three sources of noise are 100% counterproductive. They destroy the atmosphere of the breakfast room which would be very lovely otherwise.

Excellent location and still very quiet (except for rooms in upper floors with windows toward the backyard where you hear the noise of the air conditionings and big fans). Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Coffee available 24h.

Sofa bed was a bit fiddly to make up.

Clean, everything you needed was provided in the kitchen. Rooms are spacious. Great location. Close to the metro and a short walk into central Toulouse.

The public coffee was a bit poor! It would have been kinder to provide more coffee pods.

Clean, friendly, good location, good view, well appointed. If you support Toulouse Rugby and I do, a supporters bar is just opposite.

We stayed here with our early 20's children for a long weekend. Two studio rooms. Immaculate and great facilitoes in the rooms. Great location close to Metro but also very easy to walk in to the City. All staff, particulary the reception staff were fantastic and really helpful. Found some great places to eat in the City and watched a rugby game at Toulouse- fantastic experience!

Laundry system could have been more user friendly

Breakfast was good, a bit pricey though. Laundry facilities were difficult to use, ended up going to a laundromat nearby! Overall apartment was modern and clean.

Paid a small additional amount for the balcony room, well worth it, fantastic views. Delicious breakfast. Right next to the Bridge and walking distance to the centre. Welcoming atmosphere and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

Staff were not of great help when we asked about the pillows as one of us was starting to experience some sort of allergic issue during our stay.

Location was great and easy access to the property when the reception desk was not operative. Coffee and water were offered to guests for free.
