The workout area was poorly equipped, no weightlifting equipment was available. There was only an one elliptical and rowing machine and the one treadmill was out of order.

The staff was very friendly, and had no problem storing my luggage for me for a few hours after check-out. The receptionist was kind enough to recommend a local restaurant with a nice vibe when I checked in. The breakfast was good. A perfect stay.

There was an issue when I arrived but the hotel handled it so it did not impact my rating. I simply hope the issue will not arise again.

This is a new hotel. Excellent wifi, perfect location next to the river, very friendly staff who helped me on various issues and suggested eating places or running paths, my room was comfortable, extremely quiet and with lots of light (as I requested), the kitchen was fairly well equipped, with a full fridge and induction cooktop. The laundry room was clean.

Reception advised that air conditioning could not be set to cooling so room was warm and we had to keep the window open to be able to sleep.

Nothing really springs to mind, apart from our Rugby team Harlequins lost the European Champions Cup Semi-Final match against Toulouse (not a shock really that we lost), our main purpose for coming to Toulouse, but hey ho the rival fans were great and we were received with friendly greetings and good humoured banter all around the square and at the stadium. Nice safe smallish city, with friendly proud locals, nice feel to the place.

Very nice apartment (we paid a little more for a balcony which overlooked the town in front of the hotel). Fantastic bed, nice and wide and so very comfy. Separate toilet and shower room (walk in shower and decent pressure). Kitchen had everything we needed, and dishwasher was a bonus. The room was also silent, even the Aircon. Really nice breakfast and the entire staff were so helpful, professional and happy. Location of hotel is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. We found a small connivence store along our street (5 mins walk). From the hotel, you simply walk over the bridge and 10 mins you are entering the old part if the city, it was so convenient, and beautiful at night when the river front and bridges are all lit up. Soon got to know the streets, the Capitole square for restaurants/bars in every street. A nice safe smallish city, with friendly proud locals.

Only issue was that it was really warm at night. Tried to turn temperature down but this didn’t seem to do anything.

Everything was wonderful! It was a stay that exceeded our expectations. Friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean and well-equipped rooms with comfortable beds and beautiful view. Easy access to the hotel parking. Great breakfast with lots of choice in a beautifully decorated lobby.
