If walking to the apartment from the train station (i.e., not coming by car/taxi), the apartment is up a pretty steep hill. This was fine for us with small backpacks, but I mention this in case people are arriving with big or heavy suitcases when it might be more difficult.

Comfortable one-bedroom apartment just up the hill from Annecy's old town so very close and convenient to all the sites, but in a quiet residential area. The apartment is on the ground floor, which keeps it cool during warm summer days. Kitchen has basic supplies for breakfast or light meals. Easy to check in/check out with entry codes.

Great location to old town just 100 mtr down path, it’s quiet,comfortable and clean, ground floor apartment with under cover parking. Host gave great directions are a little complex but did work well.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

It had everything we needed; including a washer/dryer, small but complete kitchen, lots of storage and a comfortable living room and bedroom. It was a quick walk to the historic center from this very clean apartment. Alexandre was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Liked everything only info I think may be helpful particularly for elderly travellers is the walk back and forth into town is up and down quite a steep hill.

The appartment was very clean and well maintained. It was up to date and everything was provided. We spent a very comfortable 2 nights here. The location was fantastic- just a very short stroll and we were in the the heart of the old town. Free parking- would definitely stay again!

Small thing but a fan or something would have been nice for when it gets warm. I survived just fine without it, but I could imagine on a hot day I'd appreciate it.

We initially lost our booking due to problems beyond our control and had to pay 100E extra to rebook it a day later. disappointed in this since the booking had been confirmed at least 6 months earlier.

The flat is extremely clean, very well equipped, and very central. It's inside a big apartment block, literally 2 minutes away from Annecy's centre. It looks like the apartment has been recently renovated: all the appliances and the furniture are brand new. I can only recommend staying here. The owners were also very kind and available: they sent me clear directions (both to the flat and to where to collect the keys) and made sure that we are having a good time and that everything was fine.

Just a warning- one has to be somewhat fit to carry luggage from underground carpark , up and down quite a few steps to apartment Also -a very steep hill down into town

loved the location. A short walk down the hill and you are right in Old Town. From there you can walk everywhere!! The apartment was well equipped, very clean and has washer and dryer all in one. highly recommend!!

My family stayed in Alexandre’s house for 3 nights. Firstly, the location is perfect to access old town of Annecy. We especially loved riding bicycles along the lake of Annecy. The bicycle rent shop is also near from the house. Also, we were able to find all equipments we needed, including a washing machine, coffee machine, safe parking garage, and table for my laptop. The house was newly renovated and super clean…! I would definitely recommend this house to the visitors of Annecy! Oh, finally, Alexandre is a kind and responsive host. We were so much comfortable with him :)

The apartment was clean, practical, comfortable, tasteful, modern , quiet with everything one needs including , USB plugs for chargers plus a washing machine. The location is perfect with a short walk to the City Center.
