Hong KongThe housekeeping is one of the worst I have seen in recent years for a 5-stars hotel. One of my facial cream was nowhere to be found after the first night, there was no shampoo and we waited almost 45 mins for the staff to bring one to us in the morning around 8am. I was quite shocked at the level of the service. The bathroom also didn’t feel super clean even after the daily service. Doorman didn’t even bother to help us load luggages upon our departure.
Great location, room was nice w lovely view as we paid for an upgrade upon checkin - check in staff was nice. The concierge team was very helpful and respond quickly prior to my trip which made the planning much easier - especially Florian, super helpful and friendly!

The hotel was exceptional. Everything’s smells amazing. You are welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very modern and clean. The view from sea view rooms are breath taking. Feels like a home away from home. Room service including the breakfast service is again brilliant. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Nice. Definitely be coming back.

United KingdomHad lunch on our day of departure in rooftop restaurant Seen. Waited over one hour to receive our one course thst we ordered. Staff continually ignored us when trying to attract attention. I had to stand in the middle of the restaurant and ask someone twice where the food was. Wine drunk before any food appeared. Eventually general manager delivered our food and apologised. Had to be eaten within 5 minutes as we had a plane to catch. Charged full price . Not a good experience
Great location with excellent facilities. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that speak all manner of languages. Hotel were also very flexible with our booking.

United Kingdommy dinner at SEEN was burnt but no offer of a free drink or discount was offered on both nights stay the cleaner took away out cups and saucers which were not replaced so we had no tea in the morning there was no shower gel in the shower as the containers were empty for two nights and I told a manager and nothing changed
i love the design and ambience of the hotel the staff were so friendly the check in area is what all hotels should do the size of the room and quietness of the room and floor as we heard no other guests in the corridor or from above

ThailandIt would have been nice if the view from our hotel is facing the sea. Probably that's the only downside of this property.
Once we checked in, the staff provided us with hot towels, unseen in any European hotels. During the check-in process, they provided up all the information we needed in less in a few minutes. The staffs were super friendly and serviced-minded. I guess it's part of the Thai-ness (being part of the Thai hotel chain "Anantara") that stood out amongst other things. The amenities were all their for your disposal. The rooms were just recently renovated during COVID. We had our rental car parked at the property for 59EUR and it was one of the best choice. They provided valet service. We just gave them the key and we could wander around right after. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the shopping areas with luxury brands left and right of the property.
