For some reason, they were unable to accept payment by card, which is very strange, as I paid with Revolut from Africa all the way to Japan and never had an issue. I paid by cash, and the person that took my money didn't give me any proof of payment. When I finished my stay, the personnel told me to pay, and I had already paid. It was awkward. They could not find my payment registered in their system and the manager had to watch camera footage, to verify my payment. He did return, confirming he saw the transaction on camera and apologised. I guess this is a lesson for me, as well, but this never happened to me anywhere in the world. So don't be like me and ask for proof of payment. This is the reason I gave it a 9.

The hotel is in walking distance to the town center. Less than 10 minutes walk to where the historical city center starts and 15 minutes to the Notre Dame. I was skeptical, initially, because the hotel is not exactly in the city center. However, having stayed in Strasbourg for 4 nights, I can confirm that the area around the hotel is very quiet. If you don't like the hassle or large crowds, I recommend this hotel over those in the city center. I had a short list of hotels, the others being right in the center of town; I passed by them during my visits and I congratulate myself not booking dead-central hotels, as the town gets extremely crowded, especially during the weekends. This hotel is right near the edge of the old town, in a quiet area. The hotel is also in a large intersection, near a shopping mall, and is safe to walk back at night. You are in walking distance from the center, so if you don't mind a 10 minute walk, I recommend this hotel. The room is very clean and quiet. The design of the room is modern. High windows overviewing the park. I don't remember them having a fridge, but I personally didn't need one. The hotel is near the tram station, so you can get to anywhere in Strasbourg or in the vicinity of the city. It's 2-3 minutes walking distance to the tram station. All in all, I can definitely say my expectations were exceeded. I also take into factor the price per night. I think the quality of the room exceeds the price point. I also visited Switzerland in my trip, and was highly disappointed by the conditions of the booking in Switzerland, compared to this hotel.

Really modern and room was really well laid out. It had floor to ceiling windows which kept the room really bright. Little France area is a pleasant 20 stroll away. Car parking is six minutes away

Small Breakfast buffet in an overcrowded tiny space which is just beside the reception area. Buffet should be relocated to the bar section with wider room, avoiding long walk to fetch food! Once I stood up to grab more coffee and got back, my table has been cleaned up with some food I wanna stil consume. What a waste!

Super spacious, great amenities and amazing view from my room!! Very friendly reception in the morning (I forgot his name, THANK YOU so much !)), location is just few stations away from the central station and perfect for sightseeing by feet or by tram to the gorgeous Straßbourg old town! Highly recomended!

The hotel is a scenic 15-minute walk to the city centre or 5 minutes by tram from the station across the way. Surprisingly spacious room, with a great view, comfortable bed, great shower and lovely-smelling toiletries!

Breakfast is a little expensive for what you get. Finding a parking spot is a bit tedious since the hotel does not have any parking. Our cooler didn't work. They sent someone to fix it, but it didn't work either. So eventually, the front desk offered us to leave our stuff at the kitchen, which was nice but a bit uncomfortable.

The location is great. A short walk to the cathedral. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful.

It‘s a pity they don‘t have their own parking. We travelled by ebike and were recommended to park at the cinema. Fortunately all went well but was at first sight the bicycle room didn’t look like a very secure spot and left us worried for a while.

Stylish and modern hotel nicely located close to Neudorf, short walk to the center. Would definitely recommend.

The chairs in the room were quite uncomfortable. We got the impression they tried to get the absolute minimum furniture to get their four-star-rating. Also, you can’t use the bathroom in the night without waking up your partner, because of the way the light works. One oddity was the lamp next to the bed. It had a USB port to charger your phone. Great idea, but it only worked while the light was on. The biggest shortcoming was the lack of storage space. Only two drawers, one proper night stand (in a room for two), and not even a place to put your towels.

The staff was very friendly and the view from the room was great. The breakfast very good with a good selection of different items. The modern decoration might not be to everyone's taste, but the pictures are accurate, so you know what to expect and we quite liked it.

We're not used to paying that much - and it's a long way from Strasbourg centre. Good job we like walking. We also had a lot of hassle trying to get to the hotel from the train station but that was because the tram information was not at all clear.

Breakfast was very good. Staff and service was excellent, especially bar staff.

The location is perfect, right across the street from the bus station and 10 min away from the train central station and just 10 minutes walk from the shopping street and old town/historic area.
