If you're into bright lavish decor you may find the gold and paintings a little much.

The setting of this hotel is stunning, and we had a great view of the golf course from our room. Amazing golf course on-site that's worth playing ever if you have to rent clubs. Pool is very refreshing and terrace lovely for an evening drink. The staff were very helpful and even offered us a room to shower in after golf when we had already checked out at no extra cost. Great value for money.

The only slight issue we had was finding our way to the hotel. google maps suggested access where there wasn't any access! However, we then followed the signs to the golf course which is in the same place

Superb room, very quiet and comfortable, very helpful and courteous staff and an excellent dinner. wonderful gardens and grounds. Not sure what could have made it any better.

Pool was too cold, bar menu was very Limited.

We had a very pleasant stay. Staff were superb And the facilities excellent. The pool was cold though and we couldn’t last more than few minutes in it. Also the bar menu could do some improvements but all in all great stay.

The WiFi signal was poor

Luxurious and pet friendly with a fantastic pool area. Rooms are very comfortable and a good size with tea & coffee facilities . Restaurant allows dogs which is a bonus for us. Lovely grounds to walk round and a golf course there too.

to find it. Person at the reception said I took the wrong exit on the roundabout ( and I had to make a dangerous right turn from the route national to enter) I checked the next day...There is no sign on the roundabout other than a sign...Golf...If you dont know the hotel has a golfcourse...you dont take this road.

Beautiful palace surrounded by a golf course ( which we only realized upon arrival ) Room was brightly lit and had beautiful carpet. Bed was very good as was the shower.

The only point to make was that the bathroom, which was very spacious, didn’t have sufficient places to hang towels / bathrobes.

Rooms were very clean, opulent and spacious. Breakfast was of a very good quality. We have an evening meal at the restaurant which was excellent. Despite the fact that the hotel was short-staffed that evening (there was only one person serving to the entire restaurant) he kept a very calm head and didn’t allow that situation to impact on our meal. We only had one night there but will definitely be returning.

Everything! This place is awesome, an enchantment on all levels.Beautiful castle, the grounds are breathtaking, the staff are most kind and welcoming and the room we stayed in simply gorgeous and refined. This simply and most definitely a dream.

Our only criticism was that it was not easy to find - perhaps some instructions from the centre of the village would have been helpful.

High quality carpets,curtains, bed linen; aspects of the decor may not be to everyone's taste but suited a renovated chateau; staff were exceptionally friendly; we had one of the finest dinners we have had in recent years (and we dine out a lot) breakfast was excellent - good choice of foods available; grounds were well cared for; surrounding golf course was totally unobtrusive; there's even a swimming pool!

Was actually quite difficult to find. We were not expectingg it to be in the centre of a golf club and you need to follow directions through the golf club to get to the hotel

Stunningly beautiful house/castle. We had the warmest welcome from the lovely Marion. All the staff were all so helpful and amazing. One of my favourite hotels, we definitely would love to return. Such a peaceful location.

Most of the furniture is not authentic, which is a pitty in such an environment.

The building is very beautifull and the outside areas are wonderfully nice.

An amazing place to be at. Rooms were comfortable and came with an amazing view on the property’s gardens. Food (diner and breakfast) were delicious. Exceptional experience and hope to come back.
