You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

While it isn't in the centre of the old town, it was very easy to walk to all of the places we wanted to visit. The staff were really friendly and their recommendations for restaurants and cocktail bars were great. The room had a unique layout that we hadn't seen before, and it worked really well as the shower was great.

The Hebe is in a great location, close to the train & bus station and a short walk to restaurants, shops and the lake! The room we had was a good size, and very modern and clean. Mostly friendly and welcoming staff. The bike hire was useful and we enjoyed the breakfast!

Czech RepublicI would definitely stay here again. The hotel is new, everything works perfectly, and there are lovely details throughout. As a European, I found the breakfast selection ideal. The ladies working at breakfast and reception were very kind and made my mornings enjoyable. A special thanks to the receptionist, Simi (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), who was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to talk to. The entire staff is wonderful ❤️ The location is excellent and quiet. Keep up the great work 👍

SwitzerlandThe glasses for water at the bar were dirty! Luckily I checked the glass before I added water because there were actual stains on it ! The other glasses weren’t spotless either! Astonishing because everything else at the hotel was very clean!
We had a suite with a separate living area. Although there was no door between the living area and the bedroom, they were still two distinct areas, which meant that I could read in the living area while my husband was sleeping.

Everything was new clean and top quality. The bed was super comfortable but a bit small for a 8 months pregnant and 1.90 cm husband :)

GermanyThe room was a little too small, but it's okay if you are planning to be outside most of the time, which is what the city is for.
The staff is very friendly and very considerate. When I was leaving, I didn't have time to take breakfast, so they offered me a free coffee to go, and it was so good coffee. They rescued me that morning 😁😁 The location is also very good, 5 min walk to the train station and very near the city center where all restaurants are. I can't say anything about the breakfast because I didn't have time to have it.

I am an Asian man about 5ft 10 inch, 1.80m, my foot can barely touch the floor when sitting on the toilet, my wife is much shorter Asian women, her foot is completely off the floor when she is sitting on the toilet. you can imagine how tall is the toilet.
Location is excellent, very close to train station and old town. It’s quiet, bed is comfortable.
