As the apartment-room had a small kitchenette I think it would've been nice to have some basic spices, oil and such things for cooking. Also, I'd have liked some shampoo in the bathroom and better quality toilet paper.

The breakfast's quality and amount was great, the staff was extremely nice and helpful! Communication was smooth and the location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel staff recommended programs during our stay and we took their advice and visited the most beautiful villa with many gardens (Villa Ephrussi) and went on a boat trip, thanks for the recommendations! Also, a beautiful decoration was waiting for us in our room at arrival which was a really nice gesture.

It was really a pleasant stay, we enjoyed everything. The location is central, its great option to discover the city, be close to the sea, have multiple choice of shops, restaurants,bars. We appreciate the staff and reception, always helpful. Size of the room, comfortable bed, the view.

I loved staying at AMMI! Position is absolutely fantastic, 2mins walk from the central Place Massena and no more than 10 to all key locations and attractions in Nice. Staff was super amazing and welcoming! Definitely a great option when I am in Cote d’Azur!

It was unclear how we could check out early in order to catch our morning flight, but staff responded almost immediately to my WhatsApp message even though it was after hours. (I misunderstood the French instructions on the emergency line for voice messages.)

Facilities - corridors - but overall very happy. Plus a little slow wifi.

Excellent location in the heart of Nice - 5min away from the beach / old town, next to many good restaurant options and the famous promenade - excellent spot. Parking - well organized with discounted daily rate (at EUR 26 at Parking Grimaldi). Extremely supportive stuff, simple cold breakfast available.

The only tricky thing is taking the elevator to the correct floor to find the reception desk. More signs are needed!!!

Exceptionally clean and well appointed facilities. I loved the fact the cleaning products were NOT overly scented (they did not provoke headaches and/or allergies) Staff immediately said Welcome! - a nice touch.

Location is very central between Old Nice, Promenade and city center! Located on a nice walking street with numerous restaurant options as well as Gelato. 10-12 minutes walk from main train station, and also within 2-3 blocks of both metro tram lines( one going direct to airport) Reception staff always willing to help, especially smiling Rebecca!

Unfortunately at the time of stay there was scaffolding infront of our window which blocked our view of the street and was full or rubbish.

Location was incredible. Short walk to the prom and located in the centre. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean.
