The location, cleanliness, kitchen facilities are good enough. If you like walking you can reach all the places that you should visit by walking easily.

One of the days I wasn't feeling well and so didn't go out and tourist, and there were renovations going on the apartment next to mine and was very noisy all day. The lift only stopped at every second floor too so I did have to carry my luggage up the first initial 10 steps to get to the lift, and then stop on floor 4 and walk up to floor 5.

It was very easy to get too with a tram stop from the airport only a short walk (maybe 500m). Then I also got the tram to the train station as well when leaving. The room was spacious and although I didn't use the kitchenette it was a bonus (I only used the fridge).

Just a suggestion to check windows on the corner rooms as they didn't fit very well, they were drafty. Other than that, great accommodation!

Size of the room was great, spacious for four of us. Location can't be better. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is super nice and the breakfast itself is delicious.

Nothing! Wouldn't change a thing, fantastic value for location

Great location, right in the centre and near the beach. Fantastic for an easy walk to the markets and old town, and perfect for our visits to the Christmas markets. . Friendly and helpful staff and the room was great, plenty of room for us all (2 adults and 2 children). We added breakfast at the last minute which was a great decision as it was good value with lots of choice.

We has the room (303) opposite reception and hence a passage for most other rooms. It was noisy during day and night.

The lift is old ,too small, uninviting and has a weight restriction which is too light for guests travelling with luggage.

Location, location, central to whole town but quietly tucked away. Instant access on foot to everything, restaurants, shop, Old Town, near the beach. Good access to publc transport. Very kind, thoughtful, welcoming and helpful reception. Free coffee/tea dispenser in Reception, and mini viennoiseries and often candy. Possibility to buy alcohol onsite

Do not hesitate to book, incredibly central location just off the main shopping arcades, half a mile walk to the train station but you can easily take the tram, 35 mins from the airport again on the tram. I have been to Nice before but definitely my best trip yet. The hotel is located on a pedestrianised street with tons of bars/restaurants, 5 mins from the seafront, so much choice on your door step. I had some very lazy days here, slept like a baby, so peaceful and beautiful! The South of France 🇫🇷 is stunning - just a very easy base to explore from, I even went to Italy 🇮🇹 one day as well. The staff are AMAZING! I had a medical emergency which they were so helpful in dealing with, but just in terms of general helpfulness, lovely people. Especially to Laura, Slavka, Joha and Valentina.

Due to the design of the building, the lift does not serve the reception floor or the floor of our room. We had to use the stairs. The bed was too soft for our liking.
