You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandBathroom looked clean but smelt quite unpleasant (like urine). Mentioned this at reception and they answered they didnt have other rooms of that size available which can happen. When I asked if if we could split into a double and a single (we were 3) they refused to do so.. would have been an easy solution but they chose to make our stay more unpleasant in case they could book an extra room.
Pratical location, big parking with security camera (no barriers). Fair price.

GermanyThe carpets in the hotel room had still dirts from construction and upon query the personal replied they contacted the company and have not received any reply yet. The shower did not even have a seperation from the rest of the toilet. So it was completely wet after shower and almost unusable. There were even a strong smell of construction materials/chemical. Worst part of the hotel was how loud the corridor was around 4/5 am in the morning without any control.
The parking was inclusive in the room rent. The breakfast was satisfactory.

Be aware that Ubers and taxis to this hotel from Metz or GT area are a minimum 20E. We knew it was out of the city center but didn’t realize how expensive transportation would be. Best if you have a car. The front desk staff are very friendly.

United KingdomThe one thing myself and my family needed after a 10 hours drive, was a good nights sleep. In the hot muggy weather conditions, that failed miserably due to: 1) two fire alarms - the first supposedly being a customer smoking in a room, the second caused by the staff preparing breakfast 2) a failed air conditioner after the 1st fire alarm 3) no mosquito nets on the windows, preventing us from leaving a window open I asked for a partial discount the next day. They forwarded the request to head office. Their customer services email only acknowledge the 1st smoke alarm, claiming it to be from someone smoking, and that they couldn't offer refunds for events out of their control. I emailed back stating all of the above. Radio silence for a week and continuing.

United KingdomThe rudeness and unhelpfulness of the receptionist who denied us having breakfast, although her colleague on the night shift advised us that we don’t need to decide before. She said that you should inform the hotel a day ago which was not what her colleague told us at night. The worst thing was that she wasn’t willing to help other than offering us a coffee.
