They changed the towels but you need to check if they really provide new ones ! 1 day i found the new hand towels not clean.

Nothing really as I knew what to expect. This hotel for me is great as a stopover from driving as its exit is just off the motorway. I will use again.

Clean Rooms and very comfortable bed, Great Parking Facilities, Gym was very good excellent equipment it included all the latest Technogym. Great choice as a stop over driving down to Italy from the UK. Value for money excellent. Breakfast was also good better stay than most 5 star hotels that I have been. Restaurant onsite named Les Cocottes Porte de Genève by Christian Constant was excellent. Staff all spoke English.Overall if you are thinking of stopping over do not hesitate I highly recommend this hotel.

Only problem lighting in bedroom where all lights need to be on to get light in the bathroom.

I like the bar lounge and reception area. Great to have a drink or snack in.

A little out of the way however once we got our hire car it was fine, public transportation also good once we worked it out

Comfy room, friendly staff (not usual in France), good bar and very good restaurant. Also convenient location for those traveling by car around Geneva/Lyon.

Good location from Geneva airport, close to Mont Blanc. Facilities were comfy, staff were super welcoming. Good gym and breakfast on site

Restaurant was a bit naff and did not match with the modern hotel. Big casino on site but we didn’t visit it.

Perfect location for a stopover en route from Central Switzerland to Provence. Very smartly designed, clean and modern hotel. Tesla Superchargers just outside. Nice restaurant.

Unfortunately Personal when we wanted to check out was unable to check us out, it was the first day & no one was with him to teach him. He was so kind and friendly and apologized himself several times for this.

Only one choice of restaurant with the same menu for lunch/dinner. We booked 4 twin and 3 King rooms to accommodate our party but were all given king rooms so had to juggle sleeping arrangements.

Was convenient for a family event we were attending. The breakfast was extremely fresh and there was ample choice and quantity and at any time. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Contrary to some previous reviews our booking of 7 rooms had no issues with the bedroom lights. Thankyou to the friendly and very helpful staff
