We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This was our second trip to the hotel and it was as good as we remembered. The staff were excellent, attentive and helpful. The room had excellent facilities. The restaurant staff and, obviously, the food were excellent.

Although most guests were dressed informally (as we did due to the end of our holiday), I feel we were judged and treated differently on arrival. The manager did try to make it up at the end but it was a bad impression. Some restaurant staff could be trained better as I’ve had better services in one star restaurants. Luckily the food was delicious and recovered our evening.

So no more lights or no phone 🙈 Everyone has a phone to charge maybe ad an extension powerpoint It s minor details but for a 5 star it makes the difference

The La Côte Saint Jacques we rated 2nd best overall restaurant of the tour but one of their courses won the "Best Individual Course of the Tour"

ThailandRoom has a bit smell. Internet isn’t working (well), in which after they fixed it, it worked but at a super slow speed. In room phone isn’t working, they changed the phone 3 times until it work. And the town where it is located (Joigny) doesn’t feel that safe to walk. Lastly, please avoid the city nearby (Auxerre), it’s even sketchier than Joigny.
Food both breakfast and dinner were very nice and delicious all the way to dessert. Staffs were helpful trying hard to help me gain access to internet and replace the room phone that’s not working.
