The bed was a little soft for us, some of the items like towels were beginning to show their age (though clean), some cleaning a little poor and cutlery / glasses not co-ordinated - all fairly minor, but worth mentioning as areas that could be improved on a little.

Location, spaciousness, personal outside space, good a/c. good sound-proofing from road when doors shut at night.

I was very happy and there is nothing I did not like. There are a few maintenance things that would improve the experience even more. The garden gate needs oiling, as it was sometimes hard to open. And the garden needs pruning as the plants are obstructing the light. One smaller pots in the cupboard do not work with the induction hob and the bedside lightbulb needs replacing as it is too dim. But these are small things. Easily fixed.

The location was exceptional. The apartment is very large and airy. Perfect for one or a couple. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is very secure. The owner and concierge are very kind and helpful. It’s hard to understate just how well located this apartment is. Close to or beside everything lovely in Nice!

Could’ve stayed longer!

The property is located across the street from the beach. Absolutely beautiful. We arrived early and Susana met us outside the apartment she explained they were still cleaning and allowed us to place our bags there. We went to the supermarket and within minutes she had phoned us to say apartment was ready. Susana was so helpful!! She explained everything to us and we had asked her advice on a few things and she told us exactly what we needed to do. The apartment was spotless! A beautiful garden area to sit out in with a nice glass of wine and literally seconds to the beach. We sat at night to watch the sunset. We were attending the Grand Prix in Monaco and again Susana gave us details of how to get there. It’s about 30 minutes away. The tram is just behind the building to get to the train station. We walked the beautiful promenade daily. Old town is about a 15 minute walk were there are shops and restaurants. We also done castle hill and the view is breathtaking. This was our first time in nice and I would definitely recommend it. The apartment is ideally situated and a 15 minute if even bus journey to the airport. All I can is go and stay here!!!

I would like a cleaning service more often, especially if you spend 10 days there like I did.

Perfect location, in front of the beach, own entrance from the Promenade del English . Beautiful compact apartment with sea views and a nice terrace & outside space, everything you need, close to a grocery shop, restaurants & caffès. Great owner , Alain helps you with all the information you ask.

Ants, 🤣... but cleared after treatment.

Great location, for the beach, loved being able to cross the road and swim... Air con was brilliant as it was so hot outside... ( heatwave ) We had an ant problem, couldn't be helped?. exceptional heat ? Cleared up with a raid anti ant device quickly.. Parking was an issue, so had to park on street 10 mins walk away. There was payment metered parking outside the property but in high demand, and you can only put 2 hrs on at a time...

Fridge was not cleaned properly. Ants in the kitchen. Shower floor a bit mouldy. Needs a proper chopping board in the kitchen. Lots of light comes in from the street at night. Traffic noise. Hard pillows. Poor wi-fi. Uncomfortable sofa.

Much nicer apartment than the photos suggest. Good location. Spacious. Good bed. Great kitchen. Good size bathroom. Excellent check in process.

Great location at the main beach prommenade, 15 minutes pleasent walk to the old town. Fantastic little garden and very spacy appartment. The sound isolation is very good. If you travel by car there is no problem for parking because you can reserve private garage 50m away from appartment. Grocery store is also nearby around a corner. Perfect spot in beautiful city of Nica at the beautiful Azur coast!

It was very wet in the apartment and our towels in the bathroom and dishes in the kitchen did not dry because of this. There was a lot of mosquitoes and other different insects although we did not open the windows. The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. The parking in the area is complicated - street parking is often full and expensive but free on weekends. A safer option for underground parking is 10 minutes of walk away and also quite expensive.

The view of the sea from the window was nice. The beach is just across the street and you are there in one minute from the apartment. Internet connection was very good. The host was very nice and helping. During our whole stay, there was a concierge in the building to assist us with everything.
