We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe shower seal was broken and the bathroom flooded. This wasn’t new as there was black mould. For the price of the room we would have expected tea and coffee in the room and another bottle of water the second day.
The location was perfect as very easy to walk into the town. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Free car parking.

Excellent hotel, assuming 3* as no proper restaurant and no fridges or tea/coffee making in room. Free tea/coffee at the bar. Great breakfast-better than the two 4* we also stayed in. Comfy beds and pillows. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

United KingdomMy only teeny complaint was that there wasn’t a fridge in the room and the hairdryer was not ideal! But these were insignificant and minor given how comfortable and lovely the hotel was!
The property was VERY comfortable and excellently situated across from the market! The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful! The breakfast was wonderful and bountiful with endless pastries!

The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and the location was ideal for us being equidistant from beach, lake and near to shops, market and restaurant. It was also quiet. The hotel is stylish and spotlessly clean. The pool was excellent too, a lovely setting.

Hotel 202 is a boutique, family-owned hotel; clean, modern and quiet. There's a lovely heated pool and a cocktail bar. The hotel has free parking, it's easy access to the beaches, the lake and the golf course. Good for both families and couples.
