We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SwedenI had some problem with the sliding doors to the wardrobe and the electrical heating/radiator made a little noise when it turned on and off automatically at night.
It was the nicest hosts, and the location was perfect. The apartment was superclean and very well equipped. It had a very modern standard and felt newly renovated.

United KingdomThe property said that that as there was no fibre broadband internet in the village yet, not to have too high expectations on what the internet could be used for and although that's not a reason not to stay there it would be good to know that it will get fibre broadband soon. The balcony is a lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the views but it gets the full afternoon sun and if you are not a sun lover (like me) it would be great to have some sun protection for summer visitors.
When I first saw the property I was a bit concerned as it was close to the fairly busy main road through the village but I needn't have worried as it was a haven of peace and quiet inside with lovely views of the mountains on the other side of the valley. The owners had clearly taken a lot of time and care to make it a really pleasant place to stay also with nice touches for newly arriving guests. I'm a cyclist and the cycle room in the cellar (direct access from the side road) was secure and also had some workshop tools in case needed which I thought was great.

This is a gem of a place - easy to find and location is great for exploring local ski resorts (there is access to a separate ski/boot store). We only stayed one night before traveling up the mountain but found out there was a free shuttle to the Funicular which could take you up the mountain with ease. The host was great, explaining everything and answering all questions. We also received a welcome basket which was a lovely treat to help with our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern with everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment is in an older building but fitted out in a very contemporary way with a good kitchen and excellent shower. Gordon met us outside and showed us in and was very hospitable. Only stayed for one night but would use it for a base for La Rosiere, St Foy, Les Arcs and Tignes/Val D on a future trip.

NetherlandsNot much, parking can be difficult, but we could manage all week. Another thing is that the apartement is quite low, it is very easy to bang your head on the ceiling. But after a few day you get used to that.
The apartement is not very big, but nicely situated very close to Les Arcs and Tignes. Everyting you need is available and the host was very helpfull.
