Filip was a great host. He prepared delicious breakfast every morning and gave us lots of tips about the city. The location was in walking distance to the main touristic attractions in the city. Totally recommend it!

There were some road/street works nearby on the walking route to the local shops, but these are temporary and should be finished soon.

Staff/owner- the owner was very helpful, ensuring that we were comfortable in the room and sharing his great knowledge of Montpellier and its region. We received plentiful and reliable local tips on restaurants and visitor information. The breakfast is included and is French style with fresh coffee, croissants, local bread, home made local jam and marmalade as well as ham, cheese and eggs. There is the option of sharing a breakfast table with other visitors on the balcony which proved to be a friendly start to the day. Location- close to the town centre with its restaurants and places of interest, easy distance to walk; close to main public transport stations, easy taxi ride from the airport.

The double room with a private bathroom was impeccably clean and exuded a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, while the private bathroom was well-stocked with high-quality toiletries and fluffy towels. The host was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met throughout my stay. From the moment of booking, he was incredibly considerate, providing thorough information regarding directions to the hotel and insightful recommendations on things to do in the town. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated close to great restaurants. I also appreciated the private parking option. Overall, I highly recommend the place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, you can expect nothing but excellence from this establishment. Separate studio apartments options are also available in addition to private room options. I look forward to returning in the future!

Our room was very clean and the city centre at a short walking distance. The breakfast was served according to our individual wishes and we liked the lovely table arrangements in matching colors and style. Before booking, we'd read the user comments and Filip's answers carefully, so we knew what to expect.

Towels could have been of better quality.

The host was very welcoming with lots of advice for making the most of our visit, places to eat, recommendations for visits. He gave good information about how to get around and made us feel at home. The room was comfortable with a good sized bed and a balcony which was a bonus. It was convenient for walking into the old city but also near tram stops for going further afield Plenty of places to eat within 10-15 mins walk.

The description of the accommodation could make it clearer that the coffee making and kitchen facilities were in a common lounge and kitchen shared with other guests and the hosts (who live at the premises). As such we didn't feel comfortable using the host's personal items.

Room excellent - good size with a large, comfortable bed. Excellent and expansive breakfast. Location was a 10 minute walk from Montpellier St Roch and the centre of town. Quiet location. Rooms set out so that there was sufficient privacy from other guests.

Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom small, but modern and clean. Nice bedroom with small own terras. Thanks to the weather we joined our breakfast on the terras of the dining area. Great! Absolutely great communication with the owner Filip! Thank you so much for all the effort and the extra useful information about Montpellier. Located on walking distance from the city center. Would definitely go again.

The apartment is very clean with nice and thoughtful decor. We enjoyed the balcony a lot, especially when having breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, juice , brioche, jams, fruits and yoghurt stocked in the kitchen) which was ready for us in the kitchen when we arrived. The host is very friendly and knowledgeable. His advice for trips were great and easy to follow. His recommendations for restaurants were very good too.
