Places of interest were - Cote Bleue Train journey from Miramas to L'Estaque was recommended by our host - it was picturesque and a relaxing way to see the coast - the trip took an hours each way and with a stop off at L'Estaque for and
hour looking at the port made a lovely day. Saintes-Maries de la Mer was a good place to see the flamingos and white horses. Aigues-Mortes a walled city was interesting and with restaurants/cafes and shops. Nimes is a lovely place to visit with the amazing amphitheatre. Also just a walk in the Camargue to see the wild birds is wonderful.”
