“This property is in a lovely rural location in Provence, a short drive from many beautiful hilltop towns. The pool and grounds are lovely. Walking from the property to La Ferme de la Huppe for dinner or a drink is lovely, as is walking in the other direction. E-bike rentals are close by. The hostess is lovely and answered all of our questions. We were sorry to leave.”
“Very friendly hosts - they helped with all our questions, but otherwise left us to ourselves. You have your own space in a large, separate appartment, with a second table outside and BBQ. The swimming pool area is beautifully done out with decking and chairs. Our appartment was on the ground floor, not drenched with sun, but a perfect temperature without needing fans in the Whitsun holidays. The shower is also great :o) You need a car for everything, but it is a really lovely quiet get away after busy tourist places like Gordes, and it is well-located for visiting other villages too. Avignon, Aix, Glanum and Orange are doable as day trips. The cooker, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and cupboards mean you can bulk buy provisions and cook at home if you want to.”
“The apartment is in an ideal location - only @7mins walk from the village square in Gordes so ideal if you'd like to base yourself there and especially if you wish to visit the Tuesday! Apartment is really well equipped; bed and pillows were very comfortable; shower works well. Apartment also has air conditioning which is a bonus. Olivier met us to hand over the keys and showed us an alternative parking spot to use. Do let Olivier know what car you are driving - the apartment is reached via a narrow lane which is fine for small/medium cars but if, for some reason, you have a larger car I suggest letting Olivier know so that he can meet you at the alternative parking spot (which, in any event, is much easier to use). We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it to others.”
